Pros: I didn’t enjoy my experience with Green motion and will never ever again go with them.
In the morning I was refuse the rental because my printed paperless bank statement was without stamp. And when returned later I was told they are closed, but if I pay extra £36 they will give me a car
Cons: The staff at the London city airport office are so rude, unprofessional and unpolite.
Pros: Car don’t have head light no add blue no fuel to even reach fuel station and was late 1 day late my schedule waste service

Pros: Staff member was really friendly and helpful. Car was great. Really good experience overall
Cons: The waiting time to pick up the car was ridiculous. We set off an hour and a half later than planned. I'm just glad it wasn't too cold or raining as there wasn't room for everyone to wait inside.
Mis-leading reservation

Cons: This is a a hire I had to cancel at the pick-up desk along with several people alongside me which nearly ruined all my families New Year's plans. I had read the statement on several emails as to what documentation was required for hire & was satisfied that I had covered criteria. However when I was told I had to produce a passport I was guided to about 5 pages down on an extra link within the agreement. This page even stipulates you must have proof of National Insurance with you.Two people next to me had passports, & even this was not being excepted without bank statements to support. This means I am not even due any refund.
I also noticed only just before arriving that the excess on the vehicle was £1205 which is £5 over my credit card limit which means even though I had covered myself with 3rd party cover I would have been forced to reduce the excess with green motion at a rate of £26pd which on a 6 day rental would have been £156.
The Green motion refused to give the car and very rude reply from cust
Cons: I have not been given the car and got a very rude reply from customer care when i asked them to refund the money.
