Pros (+) This was my second time to stay here but it had been awhile. The hotel was still in good condition: Clean and comfortable. Great location for what we were doing - Conference at UALR and much better value than the hotels downtown and just as close.
Cons (-) Our room was on the North side of the building and right above the side entrance - early in the morning it was a little noisy but I needed to get up anyway.
Cons (-) Check out time is 11 am. They started to ring the room phone immediately after 11 and said. at 11:45 the front desk said that they might charge us for another day. WE HAVE 4 ROOMS FOR 2 DAYS AT REGULAR RATE OF $99 / DAY. and we have VACATED ALL THE ROOMS EXCEPT ONLY ONE. and vacated that room at 11:55. We travel at least 2 months out of the year.
