The workers were rude and ended up kicking me out the day after I had paid for 14 days!!!! And then wouldn't return my money

It was just all in all terrible

The bed was comfortable with only 3 pillows though

The front desk personal when we checked in and checked out he was very rude asked 4 or 5 time if we were sure everyone was out I've room the elevator did not work properly had to push on it to get it to close or open also when my husband went down to get muffins in the morning the front desk said I can only take what you need and actually he didn't even take all that he needed you could offer coffee more than just in the morning also you only had one thing to help carry luggage up and that one had a broken wheel and there is no ice even though we talk down in the guy said there was ice in the freezerand I was traveling with we had two rooms and I was handicapped with two small childrenI was very dissatisfied with the stay this time we've stayed there before and we're very pleased with it that's why we ended up coming back but after last night experience I will not be coming back heading out TV channel guide and white switches did not work also you say you have utensils and distance for us to use and we asked for and he brought up one pan when skillet fourth plate a bowl coffee cups 3forks and one spoon and one knife and a spatula also floor was uneven in spots

That it was cheaper then the surrounding hotels and the bed was comfortable.

That there was dirty dishes in the hallway. The elevator was hot. There was only 1 small trash can in the room which was in the bathroom and the towels werent the cleanest.

The rooms were spacious. Although we took pictures of broken and dirty items in the room. However the daytime staff worked hard and fast to accommodate us.

No breakfast in the morning although it was advertised. Coffee is not breakfast. Also when leaving was chastised and followed. By a male hotel personnel.
