Cons: Arnold's restaurant seating was ok, but the food was diabolical, had 4guests with us for dinner. Half the wine on the list was unavailable, chicken over cooked, chips unedible, peas not good. Did complain to server. No response !!! We would recommend Ibis Hotel but not Arnold's restaurant. The only reason we put up with it was because we were having a great time with our guests. Good

I notice that this has been picked up by previous guests and the manager has responded that it would be sorted out. Well it hasn’t! The very least you want from a simple breakfast is a decent cup of tea or coffee. And maybe toast or a bowl of cereal. To not have at least soya milk on offer in this day and age when so many people are dairy intolerant is very poor.

Very wide shiny rooms - in my case there was a great view to the river and old docks. Very central - just a few minutes walk to the train station, they have a lift to platform directly from the street. Perfectly equipped rooms - coffee set, fridge and vine glasses with ice bucket! Excellent breakfast and a very good coffee (served by staff - not from the machine).

I complained when we checked out. I have been rewarded points and was told someone would call me. I did not get a call and had to message them to let them know. I did get an email response. It was a shame our neighbor's were a hen party and noise till about 3.45 am not the best and the most annoying thing was the air con its next to your head nearly Is the control panel and soon as you turn it in there is a very bright green light in your eyes all night. Hotel looks nice and staff are pleasant just a few thing we though you should know before booking.

So had to downgrade to a superior double room didn’t really have a choice in the matter as it was the only room left available clearly the hotel had let someone upgrade to my room I think it’s very poor customer service and won’t be staying at the hotel again because of this why give me an option to stay in a suite if then when I get there I have to downgrade anyway

Cons: Breakfast was a bun fight. No staff on duty except 2 young people who were running around like headless chickens bless them trying to do everything and keep everyone happy. No cleared tables, no cutlery, no plates no bowls no milk or orange juice, coffee machine broken. Far too many people and no staff. food was good when it arrived but this needs seriously sorting out.

Pros: I would like to say I liked the friendly welcome and staff were on point and recommended what shops I visit to buy new cloths the staff were fantastic and I will deffinitialy be stopping at this hotel anytime I'm in leeds the staff were the best I can not reccomend this hotel highly enough I was impressed and I look forward to stopping again and having an excellent time infact il even go the extra mile in saying I hope other hotels in leeds will follow the osmopollotin hotel as I only have good words and feedback my only regret is stumbling back into the hotel intoxicated with my girlfriend lol

Dark and mirror miles away from the desk so impossible to put make up on. Had to ask for an to be brought to the room despite it being advertised as one in room. The whole room hasn’t been touched the 90’s I suspect. Probably better places to stay in Leeds.

Cons: Bigger bed? More lighting in the hotel room... it was quite dim with all the lamps on.. Finding the hotel in Leeds was very challenging. I had asked around 6 times, had to drive past the hotel 8 times without seeing any signage for its location the left of a one way "looped" road - followed a taxi who tried to guide us - (he could not stop - but was kind enough to go out of his way to direct us), ended up on the motorway back to our original home destination once, called the hotel twice, navigation would not lead us here, tried everything - then finally around 90 minutes later - found the hotel car park and were too tired by then - just paid, were given an upgrade having paid £109 for the original booking - (+£15.00 for the overnight hotel car parking), had breakfast at 10:30am and left back for home the Sunday morning. A simple sign ( as the hotel is easily missed on the one way - as its to the left of a very busy loop road - and if missed by car - you have to find your way each time... - its easy for the locals - sure it is) pointing to the hotel to read "Hilton City Centre Hotel - HERE" would assist - and there is another Hilton nearby - the Hilton Doubletree!! So when you ask anyone who knows - you get asked back 'Which Hilton...!!" Sorry - but that was our experience..

Was moved to inside room when finally resorted to going down to front desk. Apparently the council impose a 23:30 curfew on the bar but it clearly didn’t work this night! Staff very sympathetic and accommodating.... and I slept well. Glad alternative, inside room was available.

Pros: Great value for money and very quiet considering it's busy location.
Cons: The corridor on floor two smelled strongly of urine. For some reason I was allocated a disabled room and it only had a hand held shower in the wet room with nowhere to hook it up, one of the lights wasn't working and I missed having a kettle and hairdryer in the room.

Pros: good quality continental breakfast. Great location for city centre and although accommodation is basic it was clean and staff very pleasant
