The staff ignored us. The customer service was terrible. Extremely loud Music played until 24:00. Reception just ignored my thirteen phone calls. No refund offered so I asked and they said no. No complimentary anything for keeping us up until early hours.
Just finished a nights stay at The Met Leeds, myself and my wife finally managed to have a night away with no kids. The two things we were looking forward to the most was: 1) Jack Whitehall at the Direct Arena. 2) A nice sleep in. Well at 06:45 in the morning on floor 3 (room302) we were woken up by a man on a Cherry Picker cleaning the windows (not quietly either), also our curtains were slightly open as no overlooking windows to see in, so it was totally private until the man was literally in touching distance from us when we were a sleep undressed.l, this obviously woke us up with a bit of a shock. Absolutely unacceptable. No notes or messages from the hotel to explain this was going to happen. Ruined our one night away this year away from the children.
Loved the location .Friendly staff. Nice Hotel .Fab breakfast .
good clean comfortable room, good breakfast, friendly staff
Very central to the shops and staff pleasant
The room was described as a junior double, it was very small! The bathroom had about a foot high step up to it which in the middle of the night was alarming!
