The location was superb, the room was a really good size, it was very clean a comfortable.
Parking. After being turned away from the light car park due to an ongoing murder investigation we had to park almost 1 mile away, when we enquired if we could still get the discounted parking vouchers availible from the hotel the guy behind the reception replied "we've got nothing to do with the murder". Very disappointing.
I was very impressed with the standard and quality of the rooms and ease of access to facilities
Very clean, nice facilities, great location, and good value for money
No biscuits with tea bar!! Mini bar was empty!! Checking in and out was a long process as you only had one staff on.
Reception staff friendly and efficient. Pleasant room with very comfortable bed. Very central, but quiet in spite of being full.
I find the keycard difficult to use in door, but maybe it was me being thick!
the location close to shops bars restaurants the train station and bus station..
