Pros: The location was great and staff super helpful, both before we arrived and during our stay. Breakfast was also great and plentiful. The accomodation was a easy 15min walk from the train station, even with our luggage, and a bearly a 5min walk from the centre of town.

Pros: Service is outstanding, across the board and in all contact points we had with the hotel. Nala is truly a boutique hotel - every room is unique and you can see actual photos of each room when booking online. Additional positive things include:
- Great breakfast and totally worth the Euro 15 per person
- The restaurant recommendations made by the front desk
- Location - close to everything, but not too close to the tourist-heavy areas.
- Finally, a mere 7-8 minute walk from the train station (in case you come in by train)
Overall, lovely place and highly recommend. We'll be staying here next time we visit Innsbruck!

Cons: the apple tv and netflix didnt work, although there was an instruction in room that it was available..maybe its extra option, did not disturb me however

Cons: the only problem we had is that the sleeping part/upper part of the room is too but too warm. We opened the balcony door and also the cool fan was working but it was not enough.

Pros: The location was great and staff super helpful, both before we arrived and during our stay. Breakfast was also great and plentiful. The accomodation was a easy 15min walk from the train station, even with our luggage, and a bearly a 5min walk from the centre of town.
Cons: We had a garden apartment and the room was rather tight for space. The double bed is literally between 2 walls, which we did notice in the photos, but this can be a little small if you are very tall. It wasn’t a problem for us as we swapped beds, but this is something you should be aware of when booking. Everthing else more than made up for this inconvenience.

Cons: Only negative was that the Hotel seemed to be temperature controlled during the winter and air-con units in rooms were off. The Hotel temperature set was high and we had to open the window cool the room down. When we opened the windows there was a lot of noise from the hotel pedestrians traffic outside until the early hours of the morning.

Cons: The worse night I have ever spent in a hotel. There was a waterproof mattress protector that made us sweat all night long. My wife and myself spent a terrible night because of it. Alas, we discovered the cause of our bad night only when waking up in the morning. No fridge in the room.

Cons: We couldn't understand the random room keeping service , sometimes the beds were made and sometimes not and the replenishment of the tea bags and milk was not routinely done . None of this was important as it was easy to sort out ourselves ,but just not experienced this before .

Pros: The location, staff, and breakfast were all amazing. We would come back just for the breakfast!
Cons: The room was fine but we were expecting better. The bed and linens were average, the bathroom was a bit odd in that our young children could never reach the faucets and the door always swung open and hit you when using the toilet. Also, the room was very hot (in February), and the only way to effectively cool the room was by opening the window and enduring construction noise next door.

Pros: Great location, there is a parking just underneath the hotel and elevator brings you there so easily, only €15 per day. Loads of good restaurants in 2 or 5 minutes walk from there. Breakfast was great, loads of food, exotic fruits even in winter.
Cons: There is no gym, it’s okay for a short stay as for me, but wouldn’t stay next time the whole week there. 4 days just right.

We informed the frontdesk, they did something, but not much change. we were 3. the additional bed was not very comfortable in terms of position. there was not much room to put it right beside one of the normal beds and the heater. you should climb on it from the foot part.

It is also within in easy walking distance to the Nordkette Bahn (an absolute must for anyone visiting Innsbruck for the 1st time!) and less than a 10 min walk to the Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof. The breakfast was very good and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool and spa facilities (we found that pool was often more crowded in the evening and quieter during the day). Hotel reception staff were friendly and helped us to plan our itinerary during our stay. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.

Cons: The staff at the reception was not very helpful and very rude when I asked him where can I park my car since the hotel parking was full and I'm not aware that I've to request for this during booking reservation. I then told him off for not being helpful and he subsequently apologised. The hotel industry is a service provider and the staff should be taught mannerism otherwise they should not serve the hotel customers. Also there is neither a concierge in this hotel or a trolley to help with my heavy luggage. I do not think this hotel qualifies as 4 star hotel.

Cons: The rooms are not renovated and do not look like the pictures presented on the site. The room we were offered had dirty walls and the bed was extremely worn and old. We asked for a room change and we were offered a better one. Breakfast is quite varied and we were pleased. The accommodation process took a long time. I came with 2 families of friends who were checked in hardly at 4 p.m.

Cons: 1. Terribly unkind, grumpy, unhappy and unhelpful staffs at reception except for Sarah. Whenever asking any questions from the moment to check in until check out, answer was always 'I don't know.' Check in staff even lied to us saying that the hotel ran out of 'wellcome card' and we have seen four people next to us getting these cards from another staff after we finished check in. It was clearly not ran out. Staffs were also giving out wrong and misleading information multiple times. e.g. telling us that we all have to pay 17 euro each for local buses everyday. 2. We have asked a staff @ the restaurant whether we can have some ice and the answer was 'out of ice.' After that I saw another staff filling juice containers with buckets of ice... it was clearly available. Choice of breakfast was also terrible.. If you have spare time, get sth from nearby supermarkets or go to a baguette/restaurants. 3. We were given flat pillows which gives you feeling of not having a pillow. Therefore, we have contacted the reception and been told.. 'we are out of pillows.' for 4 days. 4. Rooms facing the main road was extremely noisy, you could hear cars honking constantly, drunk people shouting & singing throughout the night.. I highly doubt whether there is any soundproof system in place.. 5. Our rooms were not serviced for two consecutive days.. I returned after a long day finding rooms exactly the same as we have left.. I had to ring the reception for new towels, shower gel (ran out), toilet rolls, tissues and get bins emptied. 6. Bars are meant to be open until midnight.. we went down @ around 23:00 and been told it is already closed.. 7. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. 8. No minibar available. 9. Shower booth poorly designed - water splash everywhere. This hotel came with the big brand name, 'Ramada'. We do travel quite often and this was by far the worst Ramada hotels we have ever stayed.

Cons: Room smelt terribly of tobacco smoke. Lucky it was a non-smoking room. They told me that the room was very newly renovated but that didnt help much. Now my luggage and my clothes stinks for the rest of my journey.
Room was very warm. Too warm to sleep even though the heater was off. When the window was open you couldn't sleep from the yelling and fighting Men outside at the train station. not the hotels fault but the room temperature may be helped by them.
Asked the receptionist at the counter how to get to the skifields at Nordketten. She gave me a tear off map of the city. Had to work that one out for myself. The real answer would have been to tell me where I had to walk (10min) to get the cablecar up the mountain.
I know these problems are not familiar to the whole IBIS chain as i am now staying in IBIS Nuremberg and it couldnt be more different. In a good way.

When I showed the marks to the staff they told me that the cant helped me because the manager is not there and they didnt even wanted to refund me or they didnt even had a cream for these things.
