9.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a great stay. Hosts Sam & Judy were very helpful, and the location was IDEAL for the event we were attending that weekend. Room was comfortable and especially enjoyed the adjoining exterior deck to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. Breakfast was enjoyable and very healthy and filling, considering i REALLY like food. It was ready @ 8 AM as we were told at check in.
Cons: The ceiling fan was great so we didn't have to run the A/C unit, which was a bit loud. Room was nicely decorated, however, the extra decorating items, statues, cutesy things, could be simplified, with more space available for personal items.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean. Staff were all very kind and helpful.
Cons: My room was apparently near a compressor of some sort. Than would go off randomly. It went off almost every night, and while it only lasted a few minutes, it was so loud that it would wake me from a dead sleep- could even hear through ear plugs.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The place was new and very clean. Our room was large, comfortable, and well laid out. I appreciate that we could bring our dog without feeling like they were doing us a favor. Dogs are welcome! Breakfast was delicious.
Cons: It is right on I-70 but when I asked for a room away from the highway, they gave us one. It was lovely and quiet.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was nice and varied. I was blown away by the fact that they have a grill in the pool area, shame that I didn't know. Kids loved the pool and the rooms are nicely equipped with little fridge and microwave.
Cons: The only complain is the elevator, there is only one (although roomy). But really not a big deal at all.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed, and a spacious room. The hotel was recently redecorated and very clean, Tastefully furnished.
Cons: There was no fan in the bathroom, and the toilet was much too low by today's standards.

Pros: Liked everything. The breakfast was excellent.
Cons: You can hear other people’s toilets flushing and I could hear our neighbors tv but it might have been because we were in a lock off room.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious, clean room with many amenities (fireplace, refrigerator, jetted tub). LeeAnn our host was wonderful, warm, and welcoming. Her breakfast pizza was outstanding as was the fresh fruit salad and homemade cinnamon coffee cake. She was very gracious in accommodating our shifting arrival schedule as well. If we’re ever back in town, we know just where to stay!
Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Very clean rooms and nice owner.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was very comfortable and homey. Very good WiFi connection. Pet Friendly.
Cons: The $20.00 additional charge for my pet. A little bit of street noise, but not annoying.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner was very accommodating, and friendly. The rooms were very clean.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: This was a quaint little motel that while it was dated a bit, there had been some improvements that made it quite comfortable. The sheets were knit which I didn't think I would like but they were very soft and comfy. Overall it was a nice one night stay for the money.
Cons: It was located at a busy intersection and the traffic noise was really loud until around midnight. The lack of vanity space at the sink was disappointing but other than that, the bathroom was fine and they made up for it by adding a table nearby.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Appearance and close to things like restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff. Very clean!
Cons: The place was really nice, clean and spacious but the beds were very uncomfortable. Very firm. Inside and outside are very well maintained and very clean.

Pros: Clean
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff were just brilliant offering to do our washing and folding at no charge, very nice people
Cons: Not the best part of town but you get what you pay for
5.0 Okay
Pros: redecorated recently and had nice finishes.
Cons: A door bell rang 2 times during the night. Itas actually the bell the cleaning person uses while working to signal someone entered the office. Office said they had been looking for it. the office did`t respond to our calls about this which was frightening for us. Took $20 off our tab.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What i would assume is the owner or manager was beyond friendly. He made me and my friends feel so welcomed and happy to stay here. For a tiny little motel everything was clean, the beds were really comfy, there were no bad smells or anything uncomfortable. Me and my friends ran into a terrible situation with another Hotel; the staff was so rude and refused to refund us after overcharging us and treating us bad. We came from our home town 6 hours away so we needed to book somewhere fast and affordable. I found this place listed and was hesitant at first after our last hotel mess. But after going in the tiny checkin/out office i was welcomed by such a sweet and super friendly staff member. (maybe the owner) and he just talked with us in such a kind manner about the place and asked us about ourselves. Even when checking out the next day he apologized for the random construction that appeared the night before across the street even though its out of his control. He was just so caring and respectful. Most highend Hotels give you like a sheet and two pillows to sleep on, but these beds had like 3 blankets and a collection of pillows. I slept so comfortably and happy. It really was such a cute and wonderful little motel. We left with such big smiles on our faces.
Cons: Well the rooms were a little stuffy when first entering but nothing the AC couldn't fix in an hour or so. there's really honestly nothing bad about this place. I am genuinely happy with my stay there.
7.0 Good
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Minimal amenities
7.9 Good
Pros: We really appreciated the help from front desk women. We really needed to do laundry but realized that the motel doesn’t have coin laundry. Because my husband is handicapped, the front desk woman did our laundry in their facility. We just simply passed dirty clothes to her and got all clean and warm clothes back. Thank to a such nice woman. We really appreciated it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Don't know, couldn't hang around to see what was offered.
Cons: Didn't like the fact that the supposed continental breakfast wasn't available until 7 am, which was too late for our required departure time. Fortunately ,we had a mini fridge in our room, so brought our own breakfast food.

Pros: The property was nice and clean. The staff was very nice too. It had a convenient location and we found other things to do.
Cons: Nothing...everything was great!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Extremely clean!
Cons: The AC unit was a tad noisy. Other than that, everything was great!
8.8 Excellent
Cons: It was almost impossible to find. Behind a gas station with a "Clarion Hotel" sign. You should get MUCH better signage and directions to the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The gentleman at the front desk said to me I didn’t know if I would see you tonight - I arrived later than anticipated and he made me feel like he was expecting me. That made my morning. I was checked in and to my room within about 5 minutes ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
7.5 Good
Pros: The location, grand junction, is simply a stop over when traveling to other places, the hotel is clean and cheap and has a free breakfast.
Cons: I needed to make an international call as affected by the Thomas Cook collapse. Tried to use the phone in the room as it gave the option to do this, did not work. Called reception and asked if there was anything I was missing as I was following the instructions on the phone. Given a random number and tried again still didn't work, so recalled and asked if there was another phone I could use, the receptionist said I could use the front desk phone. Got to the front desk and then the receptionist started giving me a lecture about how it's not possible to use the front desk phone. (Her suggestion in the first place!). I asked if there was someone who could help with the call and she said no there was nothing she could do. I said this is unacceptable, due to the situation I was going to be stranded and she laughed. Then started ranting how she wasn't tech support. She called her manager and did something on the computer to activate international calls on the phone in the room. Overall, totally unprofessional and dispicable behaviour.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Close vicinity to our by way. Nice relaxing steak house near by. For the rest there’s not much to do.
Cons: Little out of the city center
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It looks like they have a whole wing dedicated to people with pets. Pet rooms don't have carpeting, just hard floors, but that's understandable. Guests may want to bring their dog's bed so they have some place comfortable to sleep on the hard floor.
Cons: Pet relief areas are somewhat limited, but they do provide plenty of pet waste bags all around to pick up waste, and little garbage cans to leave it in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Large room, friendly staff.
Cons: A little close to the highway
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Right off freeway and great value, clean, no carpets, pet friendly. Perfect for our road trip.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very courteous and helpful.
7.9 Good
Cons: Tried for over an hour to reach front desk last night. It rang a few times and went to voicemail.

Pros: Clean, quiet, conveniently located Robert and Chris at the front desk went above and beyond to provide good service.
Cons: Cottage cheese at breakfast would be great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice lobby with a bar, amazing breakfast with so many options. Comfortable beds and lots of space in the rooms.
Cons: Since it is on main street, there can be special events that block the main entrance to the parking lot. Just plan ahead if anything is happening during your stay. We stayed on July 4th and made sure to leave before the parade started.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our group of 8 friends, enjoyed this property immensely. Big rooms, separate sitting area, comfortable beds, 1 plus 1/2 bath was great. AC, WiFi all worked well. Accommodating and professional front desk staff. Great breakfast. Free parking. Location gets a 10+ ! Walk to shops, restaurants and if you're lucky- the Farmers market on Thursday evening.
Cons: No complaints !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. Nice big windows with a lot of natural sunlight, we had a corner room. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was quiet and the view was nice. We enjoyed the sitting area, couch with a nice ottoman. We were able to use our own Netflix account, which was nice. The hotel is located in a great area, walking distance to all the downtown shops & restaurants. The only thing that was disappointing is that the nice fire pit in the front patio wasn’t lit- but the wind may have been a factor. Our stay was pleasant and we would definitely stay again. As a side note, our request for an upper room and street view was accommodated.
6.8 Good
Pros: Gym, Breakfast, Bar Area
Cons: Staff was okay, our room was on the 2nd floor and you could hear noise from the street and the elevator and the AC unit was ill positioned next to the bed and we were either too hot with it off or freezing and waking up sick with it on.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Large room with comfortable bed and sitting area.
Cons: All good
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location and cleaness
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Open lobby, good breakfast, convenient location, helpful, friendly front desk.
Cons: When we tried to get a shuttle to pick us up, we kept getting transferred to a voicemail. We eventually walked in the dark with all our luggage.
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean, Friendly Staff and quiet.
Cons: Layout of rooms (being picky)
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and amenities
Cons: I did not know there was a fee for Parking until Check in. They should be clear about that

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Room decor was modern and up to date
Cons: Very noisy!!! I could hear everyone walking down the hall and it sounded like they had a bowling ally or frat party upstairs all night!!! My toilet handle broke off at the first flush!!! No extra blankets or pillows.
6.0 Good
Pros: The location and hot tub/pool access were nice.
Cons: The staff played a bit of good cop/bad cop around a nuisance issue -elm seed bugs were rampant in the Grand Junction area when I stayed here and were coming into the room via the not-very-well-sealed windows. Offer an alternative next time.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, pleasant staff and great location.
Cons: Breakfast voucher was a little confusing .
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was very nice. Clean, everything worked, staff was friendly, check in/out process was quick and easy. We booked last minute for a good rate. Was very happy with our stay.
Cons: Could hear trucks on highway and wait staff in the restaurant didn't check on tables throughout the meal for refills. Restaurant visits could have gone better.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: How big the rooms were and how clean it was
Cons: I was surprised that you did not provide a free breakfast for the amount of money that we paid
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy check in
Cons: Breakfast at the motel was priced high
6.0 Good
Pros: The location was great.
Cons: For the price it would be nice to include a contenental breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful with the shuttle and the restaurant was very good. A little pricey for the breakfast. I paid almost 10.00 for two scrambled eggs and a glass of OJ. But other than that it was a very nice and quiet hotel.
Cons: The price of breakfast 10.00 for two scrambled eggs and a glass of OJ. They had me listed that I live in CT and I actually live in CO.
6.7 Good
Pros: Hotel was very clean, up to date decor, room was beautiful.
Cons: When the people in the room above ours took a shower, I thought here was going to be water in our room when we turned the lights back on, it sounded like an open drain right into our room. The hotel is located right next to I-70; and the road noise was horrible. There was no free breakfast buffet that we’ve come to expect from higher end hotels, the buffet we did have to pay for was horrible-all the food that was suppose to be hot was cold...
6.7 Good
Pros: Hot tub
Cons: Upon check in we were charged 2times our room amount when I caught it they then told me 5-7 business days for it to be returned so we were out that money for our trip! Followed by wait 15min to be seated at breakfast where the area wasn’t even half full and several members of staff just looked at us and the other people waiting after another few min of no one seating us my husband had to find someone! After we placed our breakfast order of huevos ranchero and a breakfast burrito 30 min went by with no food and no wait staff checking in on our empty coffee and blank food areas. It wasn’t until 45min went by with still no breakfast that we flagged down a waitress who wasn’t even our waitress to find out where our food was that anyone did anything! So after waiting over an hour we finally got our food(dinning area was still not even half full so being busy was a bunch of bs they tried to tell us ) and it was so dry(my husbands)over easy eggs were like rubber and my very soggy breakfast burrito were left with a bite each taken we took ourselves out somewhere else! Such a disappointment since my husband and I VERY rarely get to just have us time(6 boys) we won’t be going back to this location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff and our room was outstanding! One of the best hotels we have stayed in for many years!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed swimming in pool and hot tub. Dinner was excellent food and server, Myles, very attentive and solicitous.
Cons: The maid only left one regular coffee kcup. We needed 2.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Decent location...reasonable price.
Cons: The overnight front desk clerk called and woke me up, saying there was a noise complaint about my room. (We had been asleep for an hour by that time.) The next morning, he offered no remedy/discount, and blamed a colleague for giving him the wrong room #.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was good to be there I like it so much
Cons: The coffee was ok but need better coffee To have to drink
1.0 Poor
Pros: Studio layout.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room had everything we needed and was comfortable. The property was well kept and pretty. Breakfast was great so was the pool and outdoor areas. We will definitely stay here again.
Cons: The gym could have used a few extra things like a yoga mat and a few hand weights were missing. They more than make up for that by offering a day pass for a local gym.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was all as it should be.
Cons: No
6.7 Good
Pros: The staff was super nice. We checked in and when I ask for a great pizza place I was told to visit a great little restaurant in the downtown area.
Cons: The pool was very cold for an indoor pool. Too cold for our baby. And the spa was super hot. Too hot for our baby. My 5 year old son didn’t care but we were hoping to go swimming as a family and it didn’t happen. Disappointed especially after I specifically looked for a hotel with a nice pool. When I told the girl at the front desk she said she’d make note of it. I asked if others complained and she said “they” have heard this before. Seems like it’s a common complaint and they don’t seem to care. The poor girl at the front desk probably has to take all these complaints and she was so nice. The parking lot and landscape are in really bad shape. It made me question this locations safety and quality. After all said and done, I wish we’d stayed in the downtown area. It’s much nicer down there.
7.5 Good
Pros: Room was big and comfortable, staff where helpful and nice. Didn't get breakfast as we were sleeping so well we slept right through it. Exactly what we were looking for.
Cons: Restocking the room. Out of conditioner and body wash. The tee tree shampoo is great for hair but will burn/ tingling (like icyhot) other areas when used as body wash.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Big rooms, full kitchen, quiet.
Cons: Great place! Room was spacious and clean! Only staff encountered was at check-in, she was wonderful!
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The first morning we were there the breakfast was great! Everything was filled and seemed to be running smoothly.
Cons: I was staying on the third floor and had some sort of beetle bug (not bed bugs) in my room. Not just one or two, there was about a dozen. The hotel was booked up, so we couldn’t be switched and there was nothing else available in the area. They were even in the extra set of linen for the pull out sofa. Our AC also wasn’t working right, so our room was pretty warm. Not a pleasant experience especially for the price of the room. Very disappointing.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The property seemed relatively new and clean. It's in a good location.

Pros: Centrally located
Cons: It was a bit pricey
8.8 Excellent
Cons: The pillows
10.0 Excellent
Cons: $131.00 hold on my card one night (1/12/19) and a $25.00 hold on a different night (1/8/19) stay. I would prefer consistency with the incindental hold that the hotel places on my card.
6.3 Good
Pros: For the money, hotel should offer breakfast. Only stayed at Candlewood. Due to the fact all Marriott’s were full.
Cons: Pretty streamlined on the linen front, amenities and no breakfast
7.0 Good
Pros: Free laundry
Cons: No breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed here several times and the rooms are always very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a queen studio, the kitchen had all the necessities, although we did not use it. The bed was very comfortable and clean. There were full size bottles of J.R. Watkins shampoo, conditioner and body wash, that was really nice! It has always been quiet when we have stayed. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The location is good, close to tons of a hopping and many dinning choices. It’s right off the interstate and highways. The only complaint we have, is the coffee bar doesn’t have many creamer choices, but a deal breaker! Will stay again.
7.5 Good
Cons: No pool.. the maid didn't come clean our room with clean towels or make the bed take out the trash.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff and room
Cons: Well for price no food. And price was high to stay on grand junction

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean room, comfortable bed, nice quiet location, and pleasant staff.
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything quite good
Cons: The front desk did not have our booking information. I presented a copy of the reservation, no number, they honored our booked price that I copied, could not use AAA.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: Would have been nice to have breakfast, especially considering the cost relative to nearby hotels.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Hotel location close to family that we were visiting. Lincoln tried to accommodate our family.
Cons: Air conditioning units had to be replaced and after 1 1/2 hours moved to another room with no mountain view. In the second room, the highway noise was awful and the toilet ran all night long with an annoying noise. Apparently, the hotel opened in 1984 and the rooms definitely needed brand new AC units, not repaired units, and needed brand new toilets. There was a conference and hotel management did not do their proper planning with sufficient staff, more than one cook, and enough room for guests in the restaurant. Then the food was not appropriately stocked for the breakfast buffet. Due to the conference, there also was not adequate parking for guests. In the past, Hilton has been my go to hotel brand, but this hotel did not live up to Hilton standards.
8.8 Excellent

Pros: It's hard to get a real good feel for a hotel in one night but no complaints. We were showing some friends around downtown since we inherited some property on the other end of the mall. We had dinner and drinks so it was nice to close to the hotel. The beds were awesome, very comfortable and the staff was friendly.
Cons: The elevator rubber wheels made a sliding sounds when coming to a stop on the 4th floor. It sounded like the rubber wheels were trying to catch up with the elevator stopping, a little weird sounding and bothersome. You might want to check on that.

5.8 Okay
Pros: Staff was super
Cons: Beds were very uncomfortable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was wonderful with lots of healthy food choices. The swimming pool was clean and the right temperature. The hot tub was relaxing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, quiet, accommodating (air conditioner made noise so they moved us to a different room).
Cons: Pool and spa were unavailable for maintenance.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great breakfast. Friendly staff.
Cons: Hardest hotel to find we have ever experienced. Made phone calls to front desk after driving around for quite awhile. Had issues with our GPS, which I finally sorted out and found the place. Never would have found it without the GPS. Need to provide a much larger map on the internet printout, and tell folks to take exit 28 instead of 26. Hotel front desk folks said this was also their #1 complaint from customers. Hidden in an obscure area with poor driving direction.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great suite with a couch and separate sleeping area. Two televisions, big bathroom and perfectly sized kitchenette with coffee and tea selections, and mini fridge. Extremely comfortable - the sheets and bedding were wonderful... the best we experienced on a four day, four stop road trip.

Cons: the pool was not available to use
7.5 Good
Pros: Location and price were our major decision makers
Cons: It was fine for a quick trip.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lots of activity in this area. Plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and every chain of store you can think of is close by the Holiday Inn. We loved Red Lobster which was about 8 minutes away. You can walk to the grocery and Starbucks. The breakfast was great, always full and will attended to. The room was cozy and we slept well. The air worked great so we were comfortable. The bath had toiletries of plenty and the shower was nice and hot. The employees were friendly and greeted you on the way in and out. Maids were attentive. We would stay here again.
Cons: The hall carpets were pretty dirty. I white gloved my room and it was spotless so I do not understand why they would not attend to a dirty carpet? It was kind of a turn off upon the hike to our room. BUT like I said our room was shiny and clean.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice place overall, but better breakfast offering than most.
5.8 Okay
Pros: the staff that did not work at the desk were very nice and friendly.
Cons: They charged us twice for the room and we still do not have our money back in our account. I was very disappointed in the response to the issue.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy access to to eateries and the interstate
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It seemed very new and clean.
Cons: The hot tub is in dire need of repair. It probably should be closed until it's fixed. That was the only bad thing about this hotel.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: There is one staff person that takes the job too personal.
Cons: The staff is judgemental and mean. After the thousands of dollars i spent there i should have not been treated disrespectful. My room was very dirty causing allergies. No deep cleaning just dust. I cleaned my own bathroom, trash and used my own towels.
7.0 Good
Pros: The cleanliness and the staff were both amazing.
7.5 Good
Pros: Pet friendly
Cons: Pool was cold. Pool needed cleaning. Cloudy and found quite a bit of hair.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good size room in a clean modern hotel close to an Interstate junction. Comfortable overnight stop.
Cons: The main restaurant was closed the night we were there to guests who were not part of tour groups. We tried the bar area but it was busy and noisy. The only free tables had not been cleared after previous diners so we went elsewhere to eat.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The housekeepers were nice and so was one blonde front desk agent that was working when we checked in, unfortunately she wasn't the one to check us in.
Cons: Hotel is old and dirty. Staff was rude. A struggle to get a late c/o w/the GSA saying "you still have over an hour before c/o" than offering a 30 minute c/o finally agreeing to a hour. GSA who checked us in was very sweet to the men but not the women.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk staff was very friendly
Cons: I found a ear ring on the bathroom vanity. That makes me wonder how clean things were. It was obvious the vanity was not cleaned from the previous guest!!

Pros: I liked that it was pet friendly and average priced.it
Cons: It was okay. Our room was located right next to the outside entrance to the building so we heard guests coming and going all night. It would of been nice if they had grass areas for pets instead of rocks.
