Pros (+) Newly remodeled room was nice inside. Room was very comfortable.
Cons (-) Outside appearance of the hotel is unappealing. New owner has started upgrading the rooms and lobby area. However, you must get past the initial appearance of the hotel which is poor.
Pros (+) Good value. Clean.
Cons (-) It's a budget hotel, you get what you pay for.
Pros (+) Bed was very comfortable. Friendly and courteous staff.
Cons (-) Short in one of the lights caused it to work intermittently. Hot water for showering was not nearly hot enough. Coffee maker did not brew properly. Last but not least, NO WAFFLE IRON!
