Great customer service and awesome rooms.
Clean room, comfortable bed, nice quiet location, and pleasant staff.
Everything quite good
The front desk did not have our booking information. I presented a copy of the reservation, no number, they honored our booked price that I copied, could not use AAA.
This was a very nice hotel, with good facilities. Staff were very friendly. The pool area was big and nice.
Hotel location close to family that we were visiting. Lincoln tried to accommodate our family.
Air conditioning units had to be replaced and after 1 1/2 hours moved to another room with no mountain view. In the second room, the highway noise was awful and the toilet ran all night long with an annoying noise. Apparently, the hotel opened in 1984 and the rooms definitely needed brand new AC units, not repaired units, and needed brand new toilets. There was a conference and hotel management did not do their proper planning with sufficient staff, more than one cook, and enough room for guests in the restaurant. Then the food was not appropriately stocked for the breakfast buffet. Due to the conference, there also was not adequate parking for guests. In the past, Hilton has been my go to hotel brand, but this hotel did not live up to Hilton standards.
