The room was really spacious and nice. The request of a high floor, quiet room with a nice view was hunoured. The bathroom was nice and the bed wad comfortable.
The safe in the room didn't work during my time of stay.
Good location, just 5 minutes walk to train station, and very handy for all the main sites. The room was spacious and comfortable.
We had stayed in a hotel in Seville belonging to the same chain, and, by comparison, everything was just that little bit shabbier in Granada - both the rooms, and the hotel in general, could do with a facelift.
Room size ,comfy beds and pillows, and quietness through the night
Food always very cold. Don’t think equipment was working, food for amount of people wasn’t replenish quickly enough, black coffee only filled cup half way needed to have two portions which meant food even Colder by the time you got your drink.
Nice facilities, everything's very clean. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Overall a welcoming hotel, closely located to a station on Granada's light railway line. Booked via booking.com, overall this felt like very good value.
The location might be better for a business traveller than someone visiting Granada for sight seeing. Also, you can tell that the hotel's heydays were about 10-20 years ago. The decor is quite dated and some of the furniture in our room looked a little worn. Also, the breakfast room is on the lower ground floor and doesn't have any windows. If you have the time, you are better off leaving the hotel for breakfast at one of the cafés close by.
It was reasonable access from highway .
The air con cooling didn’t work . The quality of breakfast was very average . Bakery goods not tempting . No high fibre cereals available except raw muesli . The driveway to the parking very narrow and slippery . Difficult in a front wheel drive car .
