Cons: We found that the hotel is a bit under the 4 stars - class. Not very tidy and with some maintenance needed, especially in the public, shared zones. The breakfast is expensive and of poor quality, table cloths with holes, dining-room cold (temperature) and noisy. The parking is expensive too, but you can choose to park around the hotel if you don't need the car to be near. Abbiamo trovato che l'hotel è un po' sotto le 4 stelle. Non molto ordinato, con qualche lavoro di manutenzione da fare specie nelle zone condivise. La colazione è cara e di bassa qualità, le tovaglie hanno i buchi e la sala da pranzo è fredda (temperatura) e rumorosa.

We managed to enjoy a short time by the outside pool thats shared with the apartments next door. For us the location was good near the highway as we drove out everyday. Its a 15 minute walk to the centre which didn't bother us. Would stop here again if back for work. Parking not included but decent price compared to other places.

Pros: This is an excellent modern hotel on six floors, triangular in shape, arranged around a central atrium with rooms leading from galleries around the atrium. Reception staff spoke excellent English. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped. The breakfast buffet was very good, and we had a very nice meal one night in the restaurant. The hotel is about a 10-15 minutes' walk from the railway station, and its rooftop sign made it easy to find. We hope to return to Granada and will certainly stay at this hotel again.

Cons: The air conditioning in the rooms only works from May - sometime in the fall. So even though it was 30 degrees C outside in April, the rooms couldn't be cooled off without opening the windows. However the street noise makes it difficult to sleep with the windows open. Hotel mgmt said there was nothing they could do about this. We were told "it's winter....". I just find it strange that the lobby was air conditioned & cool, but the rooms couldn't be. Also if you're bringing a car please note the parking garage is a very tight fit.

The toiletries provided were meagre in comparison with those of good 4-star establishments, there were no bath robes and bathroom sandals and the provisions in the mini bar were not what one would expect for a 5-star hotel - no spirits and restricted range of nibbles. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided but what was consumed was never replenished.

Cons: Location - a good 20 minute walk to the city centre but we had visited Granada sightseeing on a previous trip, so just wanted a comfortable overnight hotel on this occasion on route to our final destination. We did walk into the city for a brief re-visit but would recommend a more central hotel for a longer stay. On this occasion however this hotel was excellent for us.

Cons: One hotel desk clerk was rather condescending when we inquired about tickets to visit the Alhambra. The clerk who checked us in the previous evening assured us that we could get tickets in the morning through the hotel. All we needed to do was go down to the desk and they'd make the arrangements. In spite of his discouragement, we took our chances and went to the Alhambra and enjoyed a visit there.

The hotel was very easy to find, we used the co ordinates for the Sat Nav. The receptionist recommended that we leave the car in the underground parking and use a taxi to go into the city centre. This would have been a good idea as parking in Granada is busy. We had an evening meal at the hotel which was adequate although they were not very large portions. Staff were able to speak English so that helped us, although we did try out our Spanish. Check in and out was smooth and we were not kept waiting on either occasion. Parking was excellent, a large space and only 11 euros a night.

Cons: A non-descript cube right at the end of a highway. Convenient if you travel by car and can avoid the narrow lanes of Granada, but parking is not free (11€ per day). Breakfast is also expensive, any breakfast alternative is a 15 min. bus ride away. Employees appear stressed out, probably by the large Chinese tour groups arriving there.

Pros: The accommodation was good as it was on the first floor. There was no view as we overlooked the garage entry to the hotel. The hotel was very easy to find, we used the co ordinates for the Sat Nav. The receptionist recommended that we leave the car in the underground parking and use a taxi to go into the city centre. This would have been a good idea as parking in Granada is busy. We had an evening meal at the hotel which was adequate although they were not very large portions. Staff were able to speak English so that helped us, although we did try out our Spanish. Check in and out was smooth and we were not kept waiting on either occasion. Parking was excellent, a large space and only 11 euros a night.
Cons: Not much was there to dislike, only criticism there was no toilet brush in the bathroom.

Cons: As in almost all of these kind of hotels it is impossible to control your own room temperature. The airconditioning didn't work, therefore I complained about our room being too hot too sleep to the reception and the receptionist said she would turn down our heating in her computer system and advised us to open a window. Even after that, it was so hot in the room that we had to sleep without sheets. Opening the window helped a little but brought in the sounds of the very busy conjunction of streets on which the hotel is located. The second night the room seemed even hotter and in the middle of the night i called the reception to complain, but both phones in the room didnt work! It was impossible to sleep in this hotel. Would never go back.

Pros: Good location close to all the sights, good value for money in general. I stayed in two rooms during my stay, and the second one, which had a street view, was nice. The breakfast was good. Staff members were friendly and helpful.
Cons: My booking didn't specify what kind of view I would have, it said that it would be a street view or an inner courtyard view. The inner courtyard view in reality is a window facing the corridor inside the building, better if you know this in advance. Such rooms are really depressive, especially when spending more than one night there. The first room they gave was one of these rooms with no real windows. I believe there is a number of such rooms in the building. If you get such a room I suggest that you try to request a normal room, one with real windows.

The hotel restaurant was closed while I was there and the bar seemed to have very little to offer. Hotel parking is limited and expensive at 19€ a day!

Cons: They advertise Soundproof rooms - it's true we couldn't hear through the walls - but we COULD hear everything through the door. The first night I was sleeping and then I woke up panicked because people were coming out of the elevator and that was unexpectedly noisy (room right next to the elevator). We put our earplugs for the rest of our stay. The AC was difficult to use as it hit us right in our faces when we slept (not really healthy). Also, the rooms do not have balconies. There is no possibility of ordering a drink on the swimming pool area, or of smoking (as I've been told) - I believe they should at least offer drinks.
