The hotel was in a good position for the everything you need on a short break.
The room was at the front of the hotel and was very noisy, particularly late at night, and early morning. The pool and terrace facilities were not available, which we were unaware of before we travelled. The dining room had recently been altered and was not as appeared on the website.

Sercotel Carmen is a luxurious, well appointed and centrally located hotel ideally placed for any type of Granada visit.
Reception staff could have been bit more attentive on arrival but rest of stay couldn't be faulted.
