10.0 Excellent
Pros: Was welcoming and comfortable.
Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loves how friendly everyone is. Especially Tess. I met some great people around the area and even made a few friends
Cons: That I didn’t bring friends, would’ve had even more fun if I did
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Private room/bath, snacks and tea, entertainment materials in common area, and of course the dog
Cons: Some people wouldn’t close the back door so the place wasn’t secured - not the owner’s fault. No chance at early check in/coming in to drop off bags- staff shows up not one minute early for office hours. That’s fair, just wish I knew and I wouldn’t have sat around waiting.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this place was beautiful and winderful, from the staff to the Inn itself. Everything you could possibly need on a trip, they had available for you. The accommodations are great for individuals and families!
Cons: There was nothing not to like
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The people was friendly
Cons: how far away from work
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable, clean, feeling like home.
Cons: I liked it all
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The place was cozy and adorable. They had a full kitchen that you could use to cook your own food. The staff made fresh bread every morning. It was a quiet environment, not a typical hostel. Very close to CSU.
Cons: One of the beds wasn't very comfortable, but we told the staff and they were interested in fixing the problem.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Didn't have breakfast and I arrived late--the other guests, also early risers that morning, were pleasant and interested. I did brew a cup of tea and enjoyed that on the front balcony while waiting for my ride. The yard and its discoverable ephemera were enjoyable to view, while waiting. Lovely lilies planted in front of the fenceline!
Cons: There was some confusion over the payment by card, but that was quickly resolved. Because of the arrival/departure hours, I did not meet any staff and all business was by phone or online--I'm sorry to say. They seem nice and certainly were helpful. The arrival was a bit anonymous, since my flight was late, and that put me on tiptoes as I tried not to disturb other guests already bunked for the night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love everything about this place! I can't wait to go back! From the vegetable garden to the fresh baked bread. If you get the chance stay here you wont regret it!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful and quaint. Was impressed all around!
Cons: Stairs to rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable. Great staff. Lovely place to sit outside

Pros: Great location and very friendly and helpful staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the music theme and the speakeasy feel of the Sunset Lounge. Magic Rat was flawlessly decorated. This hotel is fabulous! I told my husband that I definitely got a Breakfast at Tiffany's or Funny Face feel to it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the room, the lobby and everything was amazingly clean.
Cons: none
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel's proximity to Old Town allowed us to walk and explore the restaurants and shops. It is the perfect location if you want to spend time in Ft Collins. It was nice to not have to get into our car to drive places. There are so many great places to eat and shop, this was an ideal spot for us.
Cons: The hotel doesn't have any control over this, it is close to a homeless mission and while there was no trouble, there were some homeless in the area. It's a common situation in most cities and we know people are doing their best to help the homeless.

7.5 Good
Cons: The pull out bed was ROUGH to sleep on! The pas was thin!
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice, well maintained hotel. The king suite was very spacious and had a comfortable bed. It was nice to have a restaurant on site.
Cons: Pool was very small
4.5 Okay
Cons: The staff chastised us when we arrived at 2pm stating “You are technically an hour early so check in is not until 3pm. I can see if we have a room ready” That was how we were greeted! The “queen” sleeper sofa was actually a full size. It was advertised to sleep 4 but does not. The sleeper mattress had springs evident and was very thin and uncomfortable. We arrived back from evening activities at 1230pm. No staff at front desk- we were hoping to grab extra blankets on the way to the room. My husband actually walked in the office behind the desk and yelled “Hello” with no answer. We proceeded to our room and called down to the front desk asking for extra blankets. The woman that answered said, “well you need to come down to the front desk!” When I stated we had just been down there and no one was present she replied, “Well you need to come down.” The coffee creamer in the room available for keurig was spoiled. Overall a bad experience- will not return.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very comfortable. Enjoyed the king sweet with 2 TVs
Cons: Bathroom needs a vent fan to remove the moisture.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I've stayed at this location before and it always suits my needs perfectly. The rooms are large. The location is right where I want to be. It's just like a second home.
Cons: The couch could use a refreshing but that was minor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and staff were wonderful!
Cons: The hotel was perfect!
7.0 Good
Pros: Bar was nice
Cons: The one girl behind the counter checking in was rude and a smartass. College student I believe. Crappy attitude
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, bright, good staff.
Cons: We paid for breakfast (about $10 pp) and it was terrible. Poor selections, ran out of most things even though there was only one other couple there at the time. If it had been a free breakfast, we would have been unhappy.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Competent, friendly staff, conveniently located with options for restaurants.
Cons: I could not get TVs to operate with remotes. A note below thermostat on the wall indicated info for operation was in the desk. It wasn't and the wall unit was apparently separately operated.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and the views are amazing. The hotel offers a restaurant and bar on location which is nice.
Cons: The only complaint I'd have to say is the hallways/elevators/rooms where hot even with air conditioning on. Not unbearable by any means but I like it chilly to sleep.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They thought of pretty much all you could want in a motel.....very updated, excellent mattresses and pillows, nice shower and great suite!
Cons: Pool and hot tub seemed small for size of hotel!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel.
Cons: Breakfast buffet was cold. Not worth the cost.

Pros: It’s in the center of the activity. A great place to spend a day.

Pros: The hotel is located near a industrial park, out of town. However the facilities (during the summer months) are very welcome e.g. swimming pool and hot tub outside.
Cons: The rooms running water at times is variable with respect to temperature.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: My only compliant was our room was a connector. The couple in the next room came in late, about midnight:30, and promptly began laughing and talking so loudly that we could hear every word they said through the connector door. After about two hours of this, we called the front desk to request they contact the noisy guests & tell them to tone it down, but no one ever did. There was no phone call (we would have heard it), no knock on their door to interrupt them. They just kept talking and talking nonstop. We endured this until 3:30 a.m. Is this how you treat guests when they need your help?

In addition to that bath soap and shampoo is not available when its needed.

5.0 Okay
Cons: Beds!!! Too small!!! Who uses double beds today? No one! Marriott could do better especially for that ridiculous rate!
6.3 Good
Pros: Good location next to daughters apartment complex. Our room was quiet.
Cons: Whole interior is dated. Room carpet was stained. Very small bathroom. Double beds are merely full size and very small. Booked King room but received double and they said using booking.com does not guarantee your type of room. Decor is old and outdated. No bellman. Had a bigger room at an Econo-Lodge in rural Kansas that was cleaner for 1/3 of the price!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love the facilities at Courtyard Marriott. The building with its plush entry area just makes you feel pampered.
Cons: The internet didn’t work at all. I am a rewards member with a number which grants free wi-fy. However, not only was there no wonder-gym, I believe I was charged for it.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Very nice location, close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was helpful when asked questions. Rooms were very clean.
Cons: First night we checked in we found only one set of towels and a wash cloth in the bathroom. Room service was missed the next day and had to go to the front desk and ask for towels and toilet paper. Received coupons for a free breakfast but the service was so poor that we got up and left. Complained to the front desk and was told that help would be sent over but it was too late for that. Very pricey for what you get in return. A microwave in the room would have been nice.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly like always when we have stayed there an it’s nice to see the same faces as last time
Cons: My room had a muggie smell when we checked in turned on ac went to dinner came back an it smelled of smoke told front desk but nothing the smell was awful to be in other then that is was very nice
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the pool and the concierge lounge
Cons: The bathroom could have been a little bigger but over all loved the whole experience!
