Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to CSU and downtown, and many found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. However, several reviews highlighted significant issues with amenities, including unavailable or misleadingly advertised features such as the pool, breakfast, and in-room appliances like fridges and microwaves. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms clean while others noted issues like mold or unclean carpets. Breakfast was a common point of dissatisfaction due to limited or absent offerings. Overall, while the location and service were strong positives, guests were often disappointed by the lack of amenities and ongoing construction.
