10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is amazing. The room was big and comfortable. The central courtyard stunning. The staff was great. They welcomed us with mint tea and biscuits. We had dinner there on the first night and was delicious. Breakfast was very good and served well by the very kind staff. Location is ace, a stone's throw from blue gate and Medina. Highly recommended!

Pros: Excellent service from the staff beyond expectations. The staff were so accommodating and their warm welcomes gave a small family feel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ryad Alya is so beautiful inside. Stunning courtyard garden. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The best!!! Our room (Meknes Suite) was spacious and the king sized bed was very comfortable. The food was very good and they did a fine job of accommodating vegan and vegetarian diets. This was our favorite stay in Morocco!
Cons: WiFi was good in the garden, but spotty in our upper floor room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful Riad. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were home. It is very intimate with less than 10 rooms I believe however very large and spacious at the same time. Each of our rooms was large and luxurious and the bathrooms were amazing too! They were cleaned to perfection each day also. The common area courtyard has the most beautiful décor and architecture which so nice to relax in. The breakfast was insane with a large spread and so many options, all cooked and presented immaculately. We were treated like royalty at every moment by the lovely staff and we couldn’t wait to come back each evening after a day out. Whenever we have a chance to come back to Fes, we will most definitely be staying here again. Thanks to the team for such a memorable stay!

Pros: Amazing & helpful staffs, very beautiful decor, delicious food and convenient location
Cons: The blanket is too thin so I was a bit cold at night but is ok. It’s bearable but better to have a thicker blanket, it feels more comfortable (even with heater on)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful riad, huge rooms with a sitting area, large bed and spacious, clean and modern bathroom. They even have robes and a hair dryer to use in the bathroom. There is a TV in the sitting area of the bedroom so it was nice to catch up on the news. The wifi is reliable as well. The food is delicious and we ate both dinner and breakfast at the riad. Get the tajine for dinner! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, they even woke up to make us a full breakfast earlier than the normal breakfast time because we were being picked up for a tour at 7:30am. Myra is definitely the most beautiful riad we stayed at during our 8 day stay in Morocco. If you think the pictures are beautiful, just wait until you see it in person and experience the kindness and warm welcome of the staff
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff were excellent and very friendly?
Cons: It was a little bit noisy at times. Loud bangs coming from the roof and people talking loudly.

Cons: Nothing really
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were a party of 4 adults and 1 child staying at the Riad for 2 nights. Riad Myra is set in a perfect location which was very accessible to the Médina. The courtyard was very grand and the splendor was simply breathtaking. It gave us a great experience of living in a riad. The staff were just great! When we arrived, we asked for room upgrades and the staff were kind enough to shift us on night 2 (Due to availability) to a suite at the same cost. And the food was excellent! Best food I ate throughout our stay in Morocco. Highly recommend staying with Riad Myra.
Cons: Only word of caution, beware of steep flight of stairs to get to the rooms.
7.9 Good
Pros: Close to the Medina, friendly staffs and I like that they have some variation for breakfast during our four day stay.
Cons: Our room was located on the highest floor and the steps leading up to our room was narrow.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: So beautiful- like a palace but intimate at the same time. Very personal service
Cons: Would have liked a window to the outside but this is a Riad however there was a huge skylight over the courtyard that opened.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff where exceptional! Food delicious and the Riad decor was beautiful
Cons: Just a suggestion! When we ordered room service, there should be a table cloth to cover the beautiful coffee table and there was no cutlery.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The riad is exceptional. The main courtyard is really beautiful and so was the room. There was a lot of attention given to ensuring that guests feel very relaxed and attended to. The location of the riad, being on top of the hill, is very ideal to start exploring the many quaint shops and traditional handicraft stores.

Pros: Very friendly staff, helpful arranging taxi from the airport and transfer to Marrakesh. Beautiful room, very firm bed, which I liked, but some may find it uncomfortable.
Cons: Breakfast had a lot of starch, but no fruit or protein ( fresh squuzed orange juice was an exception and excellent), location south part of Medina with poor choice of restaurants
9.2 Excellent
Pros: What made our stay at this Riad so special was the amazing staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had such a wonderful time in Fes. It feels like you’re staying with friends and family and we were always greeted with smiles and laughter and interesting conversations. A definite highlight was spending time with Hanan who is a delightful tour guide (trust me when I say you’ll need it to navigate Fes!) She shared her knowledge and positive attitude so we could really get to know and understand this incredible city more. Do yourself a favour and book some time with her as she’ll show you places you wouldn’t find and experience alone, she is a real gem! Thank you Nor and all the staff who made each day welcoming and friendly, you are all such an asset in the tourism industry and we really appreciated all the little things you did to help us have a great experience! We loved this place so much we stayed an extra day :)
Cons: It’s a little hard to find at first especially if you’re arriving at night but again the staff solved this with a quick phone to call our taxi driver explaining exactly where to drop us and then they came to meet us so really not a problem at all
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet place, beautiful riad. Big room with a very big bed and a big sofa to rest. Big bathroom with amenities and new towels. Very easy to find it. Good location. Free tea and water every day. Cleaning very good. Good value for money. The last day they gave us breakfast very early, because we had a long day drive and thanks for that. I suggest it.
Cons: No good wifi in the room, very low signal. Cold room, a/c did nothing. Tanjin in the restaurant very bad and expensive, don' t eat there if you want to eat original tanjin. No slippers in the room. Very bad smell in the room, they said it was from the old wooden bed. Breakfast not big variety, every day the same but fresh.
10.0 Excellent

7.9 Good
Pros: - The pool is beautiful. The design of the riad is modern and exotic. - The room is clean. - The breakfast is very nice. You could choose what you wanna eat in the next morning. - The staff is really helpful. They tried their hard to solve the problems.
Cons: - No hot water in the second night in our stay. The staff asked us to wait for some while and we waited for three hours lastly but still no hot water. Finally we took the shower with a bucket of water. But the staff really did their best to help with the issue. - We could not choose number of people on booking.com thus it only showed one person in the booking for a double room. When we arrived, they just said the second person needs to pay for the second bed(200MAD/person/night). Finally the bills added up and became more expensive than most of the other riads nearby. Travellers who wanna book this riad should pay extra notice when booking.

Pros: The property is gorgeous and very well decorated. We had dinners on both nights during our stay. Really nice food and delicious drinks. We also enjoyed rooftop where we watched stars and sang together. You can ask them to prepare you a pot of hot mint tea to bring to the rooftop as well. Just make sure to tip the waiters.
Cons: Old town in Fes is very dirty. When we got off the bus and followed the luggage guys for about 10 minutes into old town we were so worried, but it turned out very nice inside! Also the twin beds are small. One of my friend is 186cm tall and had some issue not falling from his bed. But overall good stay.

Pros: Instant hot water. Beautiful rooms. Very clean.
Cons: A meal is 200 dirhams. The pictures before booking aren’t the same as all the rooms. Staff aren’t super eager to service - not in comparison to the price paid.

Pros: Superb staff who couldn't have been more helpfull. Excellent evening meals and decent breakfast. Room was lovely and roof terrace was very pleasant.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: An absolutely fantastic stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dar Bensouda and would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Fes. A massive thank you to the staff who live the true meaning of hospitality. We are so grateful to all of them for making our stay so comfortable and convenient.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This place is not for regular travelers. Those who will not push themselves a little bit to find a hidden gem in the old city, or feel curious to live a couple of days without being surrounded by electronic devices everywhere. Furthermore, it needs a person who appreciate the glory of the past, the genuine beauty of antiques and doesn’t consider such charm as rustic metal or scaly wood. This dar was belonged to a well respected Imam, Ahmed bensoudeh, a prestigious man, with well known teaching religion classes. Staying in this riad after all of these years with the same preserved non modified beauty is so authentic, and reinforce the touristic experience of Fes and its near by amazing wooden sculptures in Quraan schools. It is so obvious that the owner supervises the property closely, and has very specific vision of how the riad experience should be. I totally appreciate his choices of leaving the mosaic, the wood, and the carved plaster with no renewal. I liked as well the selection of very simple furniture that will not interfere visually with these rich elements and keep the main focus on the correct places. The pool and terrace is another story. The staff understand the philosophy of the owner, respect it, conducting it to the visitors, and working with their maximum effort to meet those high standards. Mrs Huda, the site manager, embarrassed us with her kindness and her super meticulous way to make sure that every single detail is just perfect. It feels like a family to stay there. My kids were so happy to stay here as the wifi was excellent all over the building! We didn’t have any smell issue as we had with the previous riad we were in. They take the luggage in the check in, and out, to the parking area. At the end of our stay I feel mind clear and my soul is satisfied with beauty and meditations. It is very nice to carry this feeling with you when you travel back. Big Thanks to the team of this wonderful riad.
Cons: The location is deep in the old city, but you can call and they will send you some one to accompany you and they pay the transfer of your luggage as well.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We were so tired from our trip that once we finally got to this property we wanted to sleep. The property doesn't look like it does in the pictures so I think some photoshop was done. But the bed is extremely comfortable and a very very clean property.
Cons: We had two rooms and the the kids room was very far from us and extremely tiny. The bathroom windows were open so there was noise all night long we couldn't figure out how to close them. The service was ok. And breakfast was at best mediocre compared to other properties.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Many things: first the Hammam. Great place for Hammam. Location is better than many museums you might visit in Morocco. Nice experience overall and many services available. (guided tours, laundry service, massage, restaurant etc). Fire place to hang out in winter and swimming pool for the summer. (open also during winter times) Friendly staff. Spacious room with modern equipment (shower, air conditioning etc).
Cons: Breakfast was only average. Compared to the rest it was slightly dissapointing.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful original Riad in the central Médina of Fes. From the outset the staff were so friendly and willing to help us with anything we needed, from day excursions, to washing, to arranging porters etc. The room we stayed in was simply amazing. Restaurant at the Riad is also excellent- Hirara soup was my favorite!
Cons: Location is a little off the beaten track and you can be hassled by touts out the front. Best thing to do is hire a guide or porter to walk you to restaurants at night. Bed was a little hard.

Pros: Hassan is very friendly. We had a warm welcome with mint tea. The room is nice and clean. 100% recommend!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: If you’re coming to Fes, don’t bother trying to stay anywhere else. This was hands-down the best place we stayed at during our trip to Morocco. The rooms are big, clean and private; breakfast was authentic and well prepared. And Hassan, the host, is literally the most accomodating person in existence. Upon arrival we were greeted, given tea and helped into our room. We were going to move to another riad the next day but ended up just staying here again because we were so well taken care of. Hassan even organized for us a New Year dinner with traditional Moroccan entertainment and even had someone drive us there and back. This property goes above and beyond - Do yourself a FAVOR and stay here. Thank you Hassan + team!
Cons: We liked everything. Seriously. Not a single thing comes to mind.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Mr Said is the heart of Riad. Everything is clean and all the products of breakfast and dinner are traditional and 100% high quality . We definitely will be back!!!!!!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The Riad is charming. I went with a group of friends and we took up the entire Riad. Everyone loved their time there, the rooms were charming, the rooftop is nice, staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious. The location of the Riad also made it easy to get to since we were traveling by van to and from other cities. And it was easy to find (which is not something I can say for other riads in Fes I’ve stayed at!). Half of our group got food poisoning one day and the staff were extremely accommodating to our needs. Thank you for the lovely stay!
Cons: Some rooms were on the smaller side although that is still average for riads in Morocco.
7.5 Good

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful decoration, helpful staffs who are so welcoming and always smile. Room is clean, beautiful and spacious. Good location
Cons: Wifi in our room doesn’t work at all and is slow even in the lobby. It’s quite common in Morocco not to have wifi in the room but a 5 star hotel could have improved it? Breakfast is nice but very expensive considering the market rate
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This Riad is absolutely stunning, pure luxury right in the heart of the medina, the building blew me away, stunning interiors, beautiful rooftop view right over the whole medina, incredible to watch the sun rise and set from here, and most of all the staff were amazing.
Cons: Nothing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the common areas. The riad is beautiful! Don’t like that the rooms have no Moroccan flare. We missed that a little bit. The dinner menu in the hotel could be a bit more varied. Seems a little limited.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: the riad is really beautiful, the bed is comfortable, the staffs are great especially the ones who send breakfast to our room.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Roof terrace was lovely and the staff were very happy. Staff make a good cocktail.
Cons: You have to make sure you have a room with a balcony or terrace if that is what you have requested. Our suite didn't have a balcony or terrace as expected. The food wasn't Relais Chateau standard.

Pros: The place itself is very nice and clean. Top notch riad of all the places I have seen. The plush curtains and doors is something I will remember for a long time. Furthermore, the bathroom was clean with very nice orange based hand wash and soaps.
Cons: May be more heat in common area.
7.0 Good
Pros: Beautifully decorated room. Lovely local cosmetics in the bathroom. Great breakfast on the beautiful roof terrace. Authentic riad in a well accessible part of medina.
Cons: A bit grumpy welcome and staff. Although they helped us out with a booking error, we didn´t feel very welcome.

Pros: Everything in here just perfect. The atmosphere. Especially the staff here, we had a lovely time spending in this hotel. The staff is so nice and they even gave us three beautiful names. You will love this place.

Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff. The riad is cosy and the staff help create a great homely atmosphere. Rooms were very clean and the provided toiletries were top quality. Everything was top notch and I would highly recommend staying at riad Anata.

7.5 Good
Pros: The place and the rooms are nice and beautiful.
Cons: The food is not good. Don't eat here

Pros: We have arrived after a long trip from chefchaoun. Mohammed the bellboy guided us and carried our luggage all the way to the Riyad. We entered to an amazing place where Yasmin and Mariam welcomed us warmly and explained all the details that we need for our trip in Fes Our room Amber room and it was amazing ( good for two) and on the ground floor opposite to an amazing small garden and terrace. The room and amenities should be categorized as 5 stars.Despite the noisy old city, we were totally isolated in a quiet and serene place. The next morning we met Alex who insisted that someone should escort us to our driver as he wanted to ensure we don’t go lost or no one fools us. He even offered us a cell phone to keep in touch. Don’t miss this place!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The riad is really beautiful, we discovered new details of the amazing decoration every day. It is almost a shame to stay in this riad and then spend most of the time out in the city. But what really makes a difference is the super friendly staff. Yasmine and Alex organized everything perfectly, they also have a very good guide for the medina walking tour.
Cons: Nothing, we were very happy with our choice. Would definitely visit the riad again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about Riad Le Calife was outstanding. Our hosts, Alex and Jasmine, did an outstanding job of arranging for transfers and a tour of the medina. This Riad provided a wonderful, peaceful place of refuge from the hustle and bustle of the Fez medina. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
Cons: No changes - this place was excellent!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was top notch. Lovely welcome with hot towels, tea and cookies. The room (Amber room) was beautiful, well equipped, super clean and so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, as was the vegetarian dinner they cooked for us the first night. The riad itself is stunning. A calm oasis in the middle of the busy Fez Medina. It’s in a quiet location but close to a square from which it is usually easy to get a taxi which makes is easy to navigate around the city. The staff of the riad deserves a special shoutout. Everybody is so very friendly. The owners Alex and Yasmine were always happy to give us tips on how to get best from A to B, where to go for dinner an so on. They also organised two tours for us, to Meknes/Volubilis as well as a Fez Medina tour. All in all it was a truly wonderful stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, the charming decor and the exceptionally friendly/helpful staff. The owners are invested in guests having a great stay. Even provide a local phone preprogrammed with their number in case you need help when out. Highly recommend if you are looking for a Riad experience.

Pros: Beautifully decorated boutique hotel with great attention to detail. Lovely owners and staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent time in Fes. Fantastic breakfast with a view!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is only a short walk away from the center of the medina and all of the artisan quarters. The room was very inviting and comfortable. Alex and Yasmine were very helpful in explaining some of the history of Fes and giving us recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. Overall, the entire staff made sure we had a comfortable, safe, and fun stay in Fes!
Cons: Nothing!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s really clean and big, light enough (comparing with other Riad in Marrakech and Sahara. In the middle of Médina, 1 mins to two Main Streets. The facilities are good which the shower is hot enough. The bed is comfortable. It has a beautiful garden where we took many photos there, like a studio. The staffs are nice. When we had to leave at 7am to Chefchaouen, they prepared breakfast incl. bread, yogurt, orange juice and water to us. Save my morning. And arranged trolley to take our luggages to CTM bus stop. CTM bus stop is 15 mins far away from the Riad. Walk distance. 1 bottle of water is free provided. Many plugs.
Cons: No

Pros: The breakfast provided was great consisting of a sumptuous array of fruits, yogurt, croissants, Moroccan style bread, eggs cooked to your preference, Morrocan style cake and a variety of jams. We were looked after very well by their two staff - Mohammad and Abdul. Mohammad and Abdul were very attentive to our needs and were always happy to assist where required. Yolanda, the manager is friendly and is happy to answer our questions every morning. Our rooms were clean and well-presented. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Pros: Staff are so kind and friendly, room was so clean and comfortable. The design and the construction works of the renovation of the riad is superb!! Worth staying and chilling at the lovely courtyard!
Cons: Access to the riad - the narrow alley made me feel a bit scaring as is slightly dark for a lady to walk alone after the sunset time... but you can have dinner at the riad which is nice!

Pros: Lovely property with charming central courtyard and beautiful rooftop. The staff is absolutely excellent!
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Riad Laaroussa was our first accommodation in Morocco and man did it set the bar high. The riad itself is absolutely gorgeous, and the staff is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so hospitable, kind, and more than happy to help with any questions or issues you might have. We got great recommendations from the staff regarding where to buy pottery and where to eat. We stayed in both the Green Suite and Orange Suite. The Green Suite is gorgeous and massive, but funny enough I think I enjoyed the cozier Orange Suite, especially the sitting area. Both rooms are fantastic. Our first night we experienced the hammam and spa experience. I highly recommend the spa at Riad Laaroussa, especially if you'd prefer a personal experience with your partner. The hammam is gorgeous and very relaxing. Breakfasts on the terrace were a highlight of our stay. This was one of the best breakfasts we had on our whole trip. Location-wise, the riad seems to be in a great location. In the medina but set off slightly from the chaos, so much of what we wanted to see and do was close by. I mentioned the staff earlier but it really needs to be said again, the people at Riad Laaroussa are just lovely. Everyone is cheerful and so friendly, nothing seemed to be too much of an ask. A family with young children were guests the same time we were and it was so sweet seeing a couple of the staff members happily playing with the young kids. Seriously, don't think twice of staying here while in Fes. You will feel like family!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I traveled with a friend and we absolutely loved out stay at Riad Laaroussa. The Riad is stunningly beautiful, well-decorated, in a perfect location, and a delicious breakfast is served on the beautiful rooftop. Thank you Riad Laaroussa for a wonderful experience! Fez and staying at your Riad was the highlight of our Moroccan experience.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The building was amazing and the room was so great. WiFi worked all the time and it was close to the gate so you did not get too lost. Service was amazing
Cons: Well if I have to add something. I had a lot of camera equipment that was heavy with many stairs. But with that said the staff helped me with my bags too. So it was not as bad with their help
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff members showed amazing hospitality. They made us feel so much welcome. The location of the riad is great and it has a wonderful view on the rooftop. Strongly recommended.
Cons: The bathroom was cold.
7.1 Good
Pros: The top terrace has a very nice view, the location is good because it's inside the medina but is easily accessible from place Rcif
Cons: Mattress very hard, very cold room. There is a air conditioning unit that can be used as heater. The breakfast and meals they propose are expensive.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Stayed 5 nights in what is likely their nicest room, top floor with windows and private bath. It was still awful.
Cons: Complete scam. Do not stay here. Sleeping here was like sleeping in a snake pit. Staff tries to con you out of money at every turn. When we left, we tried to pay the city tax and laundry etc with a credit card, about 75 euro total--they refused to take it screamed at us, then threatened to call the police on us. We eventually were able to pay them in cash, just like they wanted, and then they still sent us a bill for 250 euro. This was only the last and worst thing that happened. They also lied to us and said there was no bus to Ifrane and the only way to go was by booking a tour with them. Turns out, there are buses, and we wound up taking a grand taxi very easily. They also recommended we book an official guide for the city--though them of course, at a high price-- which was supposed to be 3-4 hours long and provide a history of the area. We booked the tour--but it only lasted 2 hours, and consisted entirely of being walked in circles through a very small portion of the Medina, and being taken to stores where we were expected to buy things we did not want. When we told them that the tour was short and all shopping, they said well it sounds like he took you through the medina and did all he was supposed to do. Well, that's not how they sold it initially. The bathroom also smells HORRIBLE--they told us that we should close the shower drain because people have complained before. We closed the drain. Still smelled disgusting, and leached all through our room (we even opened the windows, to no avail). The mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable--feels like you are sleeping only on a box spring. The internet was in and out--at one point, staff noticed that I was trying to make a call but that the call kept dropping. She told me that it was actually my fault because their internet doesn't work with Mac computers. Complete nonsense. Basically, this Riad treats you like a little idiot and tries to suck money out of you at every turn.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed the terrace and the view over the medina.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed my stay in this riad. I really liked the staff, especially the lady who helped me when I forgot my belongings! A big shout out to her! The view was wonderful and peaceful.
Cons: The beds were too hard to be comfortable for us.
2.9 Mediocre
Cons: Personel not nice, we booked room with the breakfast, but we didn't get breakfast - this was big problem- staff even started shouting at us. We lost a lot of time because of that. Bathroom is old and was dirty, we didn't have hot water. We were really mad and disapointed. I do NOT reccomend this Riad.

7.0 Good
Pros: Great location from the Fes Airport to Hotel Medina & Spa (30min). Our check-in was quick and the staff were friendly. We had a few concerns with the room heating system and gym facilities however the Sales Manager Asma did a wonderful job to ensure that the rest of our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Thank you. My husband enjoyed the pool facilities outside and I enjoyed the Hammam (Spa) with Lubna, she gave a great service and I would recommend using the Spa facilities.
Cons: No kettle in the room however there is Carrefore (Supermarket) around the corner for anything you need.
