Pros: Very professional and kind approach from Ismail at the reception desk.. thank you !
Excellent 8.0
Pros: very good personal - ready to help, very good WiFi, service 24/7, bar with beer, very good location, clean room, very good hard bed
Cons: not working security box / safe deposit- low battery; breakfast - no so bad, but missing napkins, can be more food as bacon, sausage, more vegetable, eggs without taste, people smoking in the bar - I dont like
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Front desk staff was excellent and very welcoming. The room was perfect, clean, quiet, and the bed very comfortable. I highly recommend this property and I will stay there again for my future visit to Rabat.
Excellent 10.0

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly welcome Location is very good Super clean Gorgeous inside Great breakfast Host is super kind
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Exceptional staff, led by Jan - a ball of energy. The food was exceptional and we felt very much at home and welcome.
Cons: Very little not to like - would struggle to find anything to criticise.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: If you want to have the European standard service , The repose is the best choice. Besides that, each room is themed in a topic/character which offer an unforgettable staying experience.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The host. Gorgeous character ready to provide advice and assistance to ensure you enjoy your total experience. An oasis in this ancient walled city. Beautiful riad. Totally recommend.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent breakfast and dinner service. Staff and owners are extremely lovely people. It was really fantastic experience.
Cons: Location is quite strange for first time coming.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was the pick of all our stays in Morocco - we loved it here. Jan and Rachid are exceptional hosts, full of information and tips to make our stay as fabulous as it was. My adult daughter and I shared the beautiful Mango Suite, my adult son had the stunning Chefchaouen Suite, my girlfriend the gorgeous Arabian Suite - all on the same floor. Breakfasts and dinners were exquisite in taste and presentation. My in-house massages were fabulous and the Hamman experience opposite this wonderful Riad was an experience not to be missed.
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: There is not much that I like about this place. Really think it is overrated.
Cons: 1. Accessibility. There is no way to park close to the riad. First day it took us 1 hour extra to get there. The owner never told us in advance, there is no way to get there by car but only on foot. In a good weather day, it might be not a big deal, just pass through some dirty streets, but in a rainy day, it is very very very dirty to your shoes and suit case rolling on the floor. But watch out when you walk there in the night. Did not feel very safe. 2. Noisy. You can hear what is from the street, talks and motorbike even in the night, 24/7. As well as what is happening inside the riad. 3. Communication. Besides the owner who is not there mostly, it is very hard to communicate with the staff there.
Good 6.3
Pros: The stuff speak very good English and very friendly
Cons: The facility is old and location is not so good

Excellent 10.0
Pros: I absolutely loved staying here and was sad to leave after 4 days. This Riad is a cozy home, especially for a solo female traveler. The hosts are super friendly and extremely helpful. You can tell they enjoy what they do and are proud of their hotel tucked away in the Medina. I could hear the birds in the garden, the laughter of the children at the school next door and the call to prayers. It all made me feel safe and welcome. The continental breakfast was more than sufficient but eggs are served if you want them. Comfy bed, pristine clean room, excellent WIFI all made this great value and a place to highly recommend. And don't forget to book a spa treatment or two. Tiny spa but a wonderful body scrub, basic facial and deep tissue massage was a well needed treat at a very reasonable price!
Cons: Absolutely nothing!
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The Riad is small and beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Cons: My only complaint is that it is a bit difficult to find. According to Google Maps, the two streets on either side of the hotel called Rue Joutia and Rue El Fassi are labeled, but the street that the hotel is on does not exist. We simply did not walk far enough to the little side streets where the hotel is.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The Riad is in the old Medina, pretty easy to find and very quite. The interior design is perfect, it's a very beautiful Riad.
Cons: We changed room (from a Suite to a lower level that cost half price) but the owner wanted us to pay the full price anyway (at the end they fortunately lowered it a bit). Since the Suite was always reserved she said this was a problem, but nobody asked us to cancel the reservation as soon as we changed room and to book the new one. It would have been nice to receive this kind of message and let us pay the real cost of our stay. The sensation we got at end of the stay was very bad, we felt scammed.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It has been a pleasure to stay in this Riad.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We were welcomed by Doha and Sufran, two great people working at this Riad. They were very helpful and always ready to help you out with anything you needed! They made us feel at home! The breakfast is super delicious, the room was on the ground level in a beautiful, clean, peaceful riad in the centre of Rabat! We loved every second of our stay! Thanks for everything!
Good 7.0
Pros: It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was tasty as well.
Cons: It was a little bit too cold during the nights, I guess it's better during the summer ;) Also if you're not into waking up early it can be a little problematic as the Adhan is pretty loud. in comparison to other riads I stayed in Morocco in this one it really wakes you up.

Good 7.0
Pros: Breakfast is very good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel is ideally situated to discover all the "must sees" on foot. The property has a beautiful interior garden ideally to meet friends and business partners, or simply to rest and relax. Most importantly however is the hotel staff! Everyone, but really EVERYONE is a true ambassador of Moroccan friendliness. This is the place I will most certainly book again when off for Rabat.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our (upgraded) room was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and kind. The buffet breakfast was abundant.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Excellent and professional hotel near the main attractions. Breakfast was very good!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Pietri is very conveniently located in the downtown of Rabat, 10 minutes walk to the medina and 5 minutes to the Station. Rooms are small but confortable and clean. In the ground floor there is a Braserie that sometimes becomes a Jazz Cave. This is the best place to have a beer or a drink in Rabat!
Cons: Hotel and restaurant are overpriced for local standards.
Good 7.0
Pros: Nice room in a nice hotel. The restaurant/jazz club was EXCELLENT, and they saved a table for me right in front of the stage. (Only ruined by a problematic guide I had been trying to escape who conned his way in and ruined the end of my meal.) Get the lava cake with Oreo ice cream for dessert. The mini bottle of water waiting in my room was appreciated.
Cons: The personnel was not very friendly. I needed to check out early; most hotels elsewhere offered me breakfast to go when that was the case, but Pietri refused. When I needed an early morning cab, they didn't help me like other hotels there either, telling me to walk through the pre-dawn darkness and find one myself. The price seems really high for what I got in other hotels in Morocco. (Though the restaurant, while expensive, seemed fairly priced.)
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location is good, the bed comfortable and good breakfast
Cons: All good

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff, beautifully decorated property keeping the old charms and no TV which would have spoiled the vibe, definitely the best stay this trip and very accuretly scored on bookings. And the location was excellent in the old Madina in Sale
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Morrocon breakfast with lots of bread, jam and butter and freshly pressed juice. The host is very nice as well as the staff who is attentive.
Cons: The cushions in the bed were a bit "high" and my friend and I both had a bit of neck pain from that.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: It was a sparkling, stylist & clean accommodation. We have the room downstairs next to the reception, bed was comfy with really clean sheet & bathroom. Breakfast was nice & simple at the rooftop. Staffs were polite & nice and welcome us with tea & cookies, and take initiative to ask for us if we can do the book exchange. Overall nice gem in Salé. Location is near to the tram way which u can easily take to the other side of Rabat with 6DH/way, or u can try the boat with 2.5DH/way to Kasbah Udayah.
Cons: (1) around there is not so easy to find restaurant for dinner, but the riad provided services of lunch/ dinner which u can opt for. I personally felt 130DH/person is a little too expensive, so we didn’t take up the dinner, I would consider if the dinner is around 70-80DH/ Pax.
Good 7.1
Pros: Breakfast was good and room was clean. Riad is authentic and beautiful.
Cons: The room had a humidity smell. Bed was ok... The main problem was the noise during the night... we didn’t sleep well because of the constant noise
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The terrace was amazing! We ate dinner sitting under the stars.
Cons: It was difficult to find using navigation. We loved that we were in the medina, but it was a little complicated for getting my mother in law off to the airport in the wee hours.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything, the staff were all fantastic, very friendly and helpful, the bed was the most comfortable we have slept on. Apparently the building is over 600 years old, it's well kept and has a lovely roof terrace. It's in a great location and the breakfast was lovely.
Cons: Nothing.

Okay 5.0
Pros: Very friendly staff at check in and check out
Cons: The room was not really clean. HSK department did a good job but it is more about deep and old dirt. Simple things that can be fixed quickly with a small amount of investment. This however is a owner/management issue and not staff issue.
Okay 5.8
Pros: Very quite place and easy to access
Cons: The hotel need renovation The button for flush the toilet was broken -> no repair during the 3 days The drainage of shower was very slow, fortunaltly the tub was deep Very Dangerous at 1st floor to access to terrasse, in the restaurant, lift, strairs -> the height of ceiling and beams are at lot of place at 1,9 meter !! and door height a bit lower -> take an helmet
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing
Good 7.9
Pros: It’s has good size rooms
Okay 5.4
Cons: Rooms could have been maintained better. No proper illumination. Doors not closing properly. Breakfast is just adequate.
Good 7.5
Pros: Excellent location. The staff are friendly and helpful and will do what they can especially Yahia. The bathroom is spacious.
Cons: The hotel is dated and needs refurbishment. The breakfast is hit and miss. A bit inconsistent.
Good 7.9
Pros: The quiet location, the cleanliness and the kindness of the staff.
Cons: The difference between the price paid in local money when we convert it to Euros and the price indicated in booking.com reservation in Euros. This was the case despite the stability of the change rate and exclusion of the local taxes. It would be good if booking.com indicates the price directly in local money.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great hotel, great and big rooms, very comfy. Great breakfast
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very pretty and picturesque Staff highly professional and courteous and friendly
Good 6.0
Pros: Nice swimmingpool facing the river. Quiet location.
Cons: Not a 5 star anymore. Needs maintenance. Mainly it is poorly managed. First if the hotel is empty and one asks a good room you give the client the best available room which does not cost you anything and gets you a good review instead of giving them one of the worst. Then if a client offers to to stay longer if they lower the rate and the hotel is almost empty a good manager would take the opportunity to cover the costs and to fill up an otherwise empty room. They did not and we went to a very nice Riad for 1/3 the price. Breakfast is very basic ok for a 3star like Ibis not 5.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: - Quick check-in and check-out, thanks to Laila at the Reception
Cons: - Not all tv channels were working - The breakfast was not my style
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Convenient location, great staff! Very good breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel was great, one of the best of Rabat and for sure the best value wise. One of the staff, Zackary the receptionist was especially accomodating and helpful, also the Chef (didn't get his name) who was there, on the night of the 31december made great food for us and was helpful. We didn't encounter any of the faults mentioned in other reviews: each room has a controller so you can adjust the temperature of your room to your liking , cold ,warm.... it was very clean, rooms were spacious and cozy , cocktails at the bar were awesome and so was the view from the room and from the bar outside . The breakfast was perfect ,all you can eat style and were surprised by the quantity and quality of the products offered. will stay here for sure next time visiting Rabat.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Lovely, large and comfortable room with a large balcony around it and a modern bathroom. Nice quality cosmetics, bathrobe and slippers available for your convenience. An excellent river view. Nice and quiet location but close to the airport and the city. Good quality breakfast. Professional and friendly welcome. And thank you Mr. Mehdi for helping me to find my lost jacket and scarf, very much appreciated!
Cons: The bathrooms downstairs in the communal areas are not as clean and modern as the one in the room.

Excellent 9.6
Pros: Comfortable
Cons: Location is a bit far
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I enjoyed the terrace. Was extremely neat and gave a good view of the city
Cons: Breakfast could have had a egg or two. Toast not done that well.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were so kind and helpful for the duration of our stay. They didn’t speak much English but went out of their way to try and communicate and help us. The riad is beautiful and on a more quiet street, but very close to one of the main entrances to the Médina so it’s still very easy to get taxis if you need them. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the terrace is lovely. Thank you for having us!
Cons: No elevator but this I found this pretty typical in most riads.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Luxurious traditional house with big rooms and nice atrium in the middle. Breakfast was very good!
Good 7.5
Pros: The hospitality is amazing, and while the room was below my expectations, the friendliness made my stay worth it. All my needs were addressed. The room could have been cleaner and the bathroom sliding doors were broken, toilet was ok, but overall my stay was enjoyable.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: A clean Riad, near to the train station of Salé ville, only takes a 5dhs taxi to reach Bab Chaafa which is the nearest portal to the old medina where the Riad is located, very easy to reach Rabat from there, the train station and the tramway station are so near, maybe a 10minutes walk from the riad .. 15minutes to reach the center of rabat by tramway.. the riad and its staff exceeded our expectations.. the breakfast, the cleaniness..
Cons: It's not that I didn't like it, but I read when I was going to book the room that breafast is being served on the terrasse, which I didn't happen to see; maybe I was late to breakfast or that I just didn't ask for the terasse view that i was excited to see when booking
Good 7.5
Pros: Culture home and good location.
Cons: Not good bathroom
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nabeel was very accommodating and helpful. Making amazing tea and Tagine. Location was just right and place is very authentic

Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the room was equipped with a heater
Cons: The smell in the room. It smelled really bad. Also, I had high expectations of the riad and the room as the price was higher than other riads. I saw a good grade on booking and I opted for a room with ocean view, but instead, it was a poor view that was worth keeping the windows closed. It was mentionned that, being by myself in the room, I was promised I would have a better breakfast but it wasnt the case. Lastly, I wanted to leave only after one night instead of 3 as I felt sick and also didnt want to stay because of my disappointment, but the owner got angry and refused and obliged me to pay for the 3 days. Then, he made sure he got his payment via booking with my credit card and I was obliged to stay in the riad. I felt stuck there as I was short on money due to that.. After that incident, they stopped cleaning my room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Riad is comfortable and nice with very good breakfast. Staff are very kind and tried to solve things whenever we ask. I saw some bad reviews but don’t worry. Stephan is a good person and other staff are also very kind. Enjoy Sale, Rabat!!
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 8.8
Cons: The bed was uncomfortable, it seemed like an old mattress
Good 7.0
Pros: Beautiful place and rooms
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: They printed our boarding passes.
Cons: I was received already asking for money. They didn't accept card although in booking.com they write they do. No suggestions for anything. Quite unfriendly. Expensive.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Highly recommended, my clients were pleased and happy as I am. Thank you very much guys.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: everything
Cons: Nothing
Good 7.0
Pros: The location is good. We could park in the street. The French owner is very friendly and helpfull (spoke English which was helpful for us).
Cons: Breakfast was a little disappointing compared to other hotels/guesthouses in Marocco.

Pros: Nice Riad situated just inside the Medina. Once you know the way it is easy to find. Staff excellent. were always available. My room was good but curtains needed adjusting as they falling off the rails, The rooftop where the breakfast is served needs more sunshades or a sali as it gets very warm.
Cons: The shower curtain needed changing (or cleaning) as there was mould on the bottom. Also mould behind the bath. Not 5 star standard
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The location is perfect - in Medina, 5 minutes to the beach and main touristic routes. Very pleasant view from the terrace where you can enjoy the great view during the breakfast. Amazing rooms! I wanted to take those awesome curtains home haha. The most cozy room that we had in Morocco. Very friendly hotel stuff, speak English, ready to fulfill your extra needs like a glass of hot water at 11PM.
Cons: Poor noise insulation but it is problem of all riads since you have glass door and windows.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Beautiful hotel, maroccan style. Loved to stay there. Very romantic, preferred for couples in love.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff, the breakfast and the terrace.
Cons: The water pressure.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Very nice breakfast on the terrace. A pretty traditional Moroccan Riad We were greeted with delicious tea and cookies
Cons: The location is difficult to access from the Main Street. However staff kindly escorted us outside of the Médina to get a taxi.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly stuff. Amazing place like fairy-tale!
Good 7.9
Pros: the other riads we stayed in offered to make omelets or scrambled eggs for breakfast. Also the the other riads in the area offered a buffet table selection for breakfast.
Cons: We canceled our second night because the air conditioning was broken in one room and it was quite hot outside. We also noticed tiny ants in both bathroom and bedroom.

Pros: Every things. No complain. The lady at histed us nicely and very welcoming. Tea with virvina was delicious and relaxing. Breakfast top top. Very quiete. Thank you very much nice girl for keepung our invited happy.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The room was big and nicely furnished, including a nice shower and a bathtub. A very nice and calm atmosphere was around the place and the patio. Breakfast was nice as well.
Cons: Entering the neighbourhood from the west makes the town look deserted as the shops are found east of the riad
Good 7.9
Pros: The riad looks nice, is clean. The room was clean and big, and the breakfast was great.
Cons: The location was a little difficult to find. I suggest for the future customers to don't arrive by night. The speaker of the mosque is close to riad so be prepared to have an earlier wake up.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was our favorite hotel our whole trip. I loved the neighborhood, I love sale. it was the first place people said hi to us on a regular basis. It was nice to be outside of Rabat with a five cent boat ride in between. The ladies were so sweet and accommodating. Very much loved it and would stay again.
Okay 5.4
Pros: The place is well decorated with an old fashioned style which I actually like. Some very original pieces of furniture here and there. Special mention for the chandelier. The bed was comfy. The lady offered us a tea even though I've declined as we were going to have dinner soon.
Cons: Even though i advised them of our arrival, once there we've rang the bell several times but we've been left out for several minutes with no answer in a very unpleasant location at night time. Finally a men who was going there made a phone call and they came to open the door. The room looked different from the picture but finally was the one we've booked. I've sat on a wet toilet (many drops were there.. hopefully just water!!) The breakfast was the poorest we had during the whole stay in Morocco (15 days till now). Staff was not so friendly.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Riad was very nice. rooms are lovely, very comfortable beds. Staff very friendly
Cons: Double room was lovely and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. The twin room was a bit tight and the toilet very small but still decorated nicely and very clean

Good 6.7
Pros: Good location beside the Hassan Tower.
Cons: Room was sooo hot, and it is February and cold outside. You can open the window but the cool air doesnt seem to come in. There is a cooling system but not airconditioning, it is just blowing air. Did not have a comfortable sleep.
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Good 7.1
Pros: Location and staff attitude
Cons: Very basic breakfast, old style building and out dated furniture. Calling this hotel a 5 Star property is definitely not a justice to other 5 star hotels.
Okay 4.6
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: The furniture is old
Okay 5.4
Pros: Breakfast was fresh and hot with freshly squeezed juice on request and delicious buttery pastries. Staff tried their best, despite the mixed quality accommodation. Housekeeping staff are lovely and do a great job keeping rooms clean and tidy and replacing towels.
Cons: Cockroaches on the bed , bathroom and corridor walls. Hotel is actually a 3* standard and to rate is 5* is very misleading and a waste of money to pay extra for. You can get the same standard in 3* hotel for much less cost. Swimming pool is broken out of service. Most rooms stink of damp and poop. No tea or coffee supplied to go with the kettle in hospitality tray, apparently this is their policy just to serve sugar! The toiletries were cheap 1980’s fodder, wouldn’t use it. Junior suite toiletries were of better standard but not worth paying the mark up for. Junior suite also had a coffee machine without operating instructions and just a single coffee pod for double occupancy. We had to request a change of room to a decent standard 4 times before a standard room which looked similar to the advertised room was given to us. Prior to this we were given rooms that smelled awful and had old shabby furniture. I would never book here again and can understand how people who don’t want confrontation will just accept it and suffer in silence. Just trying to get a decent room wasted 2.5 hours of precious holiday time.
Okay 4.0
Pros: very close to the souk and tram stop. Breakfast quite good.
Cons: staff is AWFUL. badly need training in being courteous and helpful. cannot rely on them for anything. even the airport transfers they booked for us was a nightmare. they are just very slow and inattentive. Anything you asked for they forgot to send to the room, despite multiple reminders. Room smelled of mildew and furniture has seen much better days. Small and tired rooms. In some of them the heating didnt work, sinks were clogged. Some rooms had kettles, others didnt, Some had robes others didnt. Not at all a 5 star hotel Simply an average 3 star. Not value for money at all. Would not re book for sure.

Pros: Pas petit déjeuner nul pas jus froid mal présenté
Cons: Le quartier la vue
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The hotel is just a short walk from the train station and directly opposite the medina wall, within easy reach of most of the sights. The room was simple but clean and, as we opted for a quiet room away from the street, a relaxing haven from the bustle outside.
Cons: Not much of a view, but as noted above worth the sacrifice for a quiet room.
