The view from the room window and the gardens surrounding the hotel.
The shower mixers were broken, so it took me 15 mins to figure out how to take a shower. We had to keep on calling for one hour to get the room service to prepare breakfast in the rooms.

Great location from the Fes Airport to Hotel Medina & Spa (30min). Our check-in was quick and the staff were friendly. We had a few concerns with the room heating system and gym facilities however the Sales Manager Asma did a wonderful job to ensure that the rest of our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Thank you. My husband enjoyed the pool facilities outside and I enjoyed the Hammam (Spa) with Lubna, she gave a great service and I would recommend using the Spa facilities.
No kettle in the room however there is Carrefore (Supermarket) around the corner for anything you need.

Got upgrade to nice room with pool view. Complementary fruits and sweets were a nice touch. Clean nice smelling hotel.smiling staff.
Bath a bit difficult to get in and out off. Unable to control aircon. Got extremely warm at night time. Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in room. Got charged deposit, same rate as 3 nights stay which was a nasty surprise when you are traveling and bank transfers takes a few days to come through.

I came to stay through an unexpected change in my work schedule. The staff welcomed me warmly with an upgrade and managed all the copies I needed for my presentations and training. There was no extra charge for any of it.
Rooms were dimly lit. We could have used more lights.
