The van was comfortable for a family of 5. Checkin and drop off were relatively smooth. Unfortunately the vehicle was not completely clean when we picked it up. Despite their promise to clean out all the pockets and cup holders, there was a whole stash of trash in the one compartment. Otherwise a decent experience.Reviewed 30 Jan 2023

Our rental had a low pressure warning after the first 5 days. No documentation in car on how to clear it after adding air and finding pressures were good. Returned to Enterprise and they gave us a replacement in roughly 5 minutes, let us pick our replacement, no charge for 3/4 tank of fuel.Reviewed 28 Jan 2023

The pick up location was away from the airport and we had to take a cab who ripped us off to get there. But the agent there (Jeff) was very nice and accommodating, upgraded us to a brand new SUV and let us drop the car at the airport for no additional fee. All in all a great experience.Reviewed 14 May 2022

This was perhaps the dirtyest car I've ever rented. We bought two glass cleaners and still could not get the windshield clean. The rest of the car inside was also not clean. The cost of the rental was ridiculous, more than double the cost for the same period from same time two years ago. Pick-up was great and attendant very helpful. Drop off was very confusing but attendant also was very helpful.Reviewed 21 Feb 2022

Make sure you tell them it is a pickup at the airport! We rode the shuttle from the airport to the pickup location (we thought) but it was a mile away with no shuttle! Ended up getting a car there but had to paid the “airport tax” which was an additional $200+ on an expensive car already! Customer service was great and they were quickReviewed 19 Jan 2022
