Noisy part of downtown
It was a very nice evening the room and bedding were amazing
The whole ambience of the hotel is quite amazing
They gave away my room!
When I arrived to the hotel after a long day of travel I was told that "due to unforeseen circumstances" they did not have my room. Basically the hotel overbooked itself and gave away the room that I had a confirmed reservation for. They didn't even bother to call me in advance and let me know. Instead they just let me arrive at the hotel and sent me around the corner to a hotel of a significantly lower quality and level of service. I am appalled by this experience and will never book a room at any fairmont property ever again.
The balcony below our room was littered with cigar
The Staff were amazing , the view of the valley was very nice. I was thrilled to stay in a hotel which played a major Roll in the development of Edmonton, Alberta and Canada. For this reason the Mac is priceless history. I will be back
Small room garbage on the lower patio
There was a mouse in the lounge. The gentleman bes
Smudge the dog was adorable and you can never get better mattresses and pillows than at a fairmont guaranteed
The mouse/mice in the lounge
Lovely Urban Retreat
We loved that we could walk the dog, and the friendly staff.
