The room was really nice. The view from our room was spectacular.
I paid for "valet parking" and in the morning they made us wait 30+ minutes to get the car and they didn't even bring it around front. They pointed out to the surface lot and said "ya its out there". Also, the lot was EXTREMELY icy and I fell and hurt my hip and head. Extremely unimpressed with this "door to door service" which was not what I paid for. My booking had a number to call for customer service, but it sent me to an automated phone menu that said "If you're trying to reach a representative at your hotel, hang up and call the hotel directly" then it disconnected me. So ya I want a refund for the parking, but I haven't been able to actually get a hold of a customer service representative for this booking.
The hotel is tired looking and needs work ie new carpets, bedding, curtains etc...as a result it looks dirty. The parking set up is awful, it's $30 for valet and they park your car, you can't get in or out without someone parking or retrieving your car. There is an outside Impark but it's not monitored. The staff ok no complaints there.
It was walking distance to the Winspear for the event we were attending. The river view room was very spacious!
Right next to the concert venue, beautiful views, clean comfortable stay.we would definitely stay again -and for longer.
Only options for parking are $30 valet or pay public parking.
Very accomodating, let me leave my car and luggage while at a course
