hate everything about this hotel
When we first got to our room it was really warm, the AC was ok but the room still was very unbearable. However after calling downstairs they helped move us to an executive suite to make up for it, the staff were very helpful and we were really grateful they helped us move our stuff to such an amazing room for no extra costs. High recommend this place to anyone!

The only good thing was location to the LRT.
The room smelt funny and the heating made a terrible noise that kept us awake all night. Don't be fooled by the 'complimentary continental breakfast'. I wouldn't serve this to a dog. You could use the croissant as a rock to break any window, the eggs were boiled for about 2 hours and everything was served on papper plates with plastic utensils. Horrible!

The mattresses were far too hard. The breakfast had little variety and the carpets in the hallways were tired and worn.
We stayed here before and really liked the restaurant and the central location. However the restaurant is now chinese and not as good. It still had a good buffet breakfast that was included, but not as good.

the breakfast was closed too early-10:30. the tiolet in our room didn't stop running. i reserved a single queen bed room and got two double beds. no shower caps in the bathrooms
