Pros (+) They covered a better room for us at a different hotel so we got our room for free! They called when we were on our way there from the airport. Everything at that hotel was wonderful and we intend on staying at Hampton on our way back as well. Or wherever they send us.

Sleeper sofa was incredibly uncomfortable, springs in the mattress almost poking through the sad mattress.
