dropoff was a NIGHTMARE -- no street address or map was provided in the paperwork, GPS found the wrong dollar location and took us 30 mins the wrong way, airport road signs for rental return are out of date following permanent closure of the local Dollar office, staff wouldn't answer the phones, when they answered they were actually Hertz and wouldn't address a Dollar customer -- total failure on almost every dimension

Appreciate how the waiting line is called up alternately between the 3 rental car companies [Hertz, Thrifty, Dollar]. Gives the illusion of fairness when the lines are long. Also appreciate selecting your own vehicle out of a specified row/class of cars, short wait (if any) for the airport terminal shuttle bus in either direction, and the simplicity and ease of returning vehicles at 4AM for a 6AM flight. Agent Lonnie was polite, personable, informative, professional, and efficient. Wonderful experience overall.

Everything went well with the pick-up, drop-off, and the vehicle. The only thing is the damn cost. $1000 for 5 days. It's not just Dollar/Hertz, it's everyone. Come on rental car companies give us a break!

Pick up took 1- 1-1/2 hours. It was not pleasant. Not enough customer service assistance.

Car was cleanManipulation of description of the car type. Luxury is not luxury when booked with third party. Vehicle given is not comparable to rate and class of cars. Know of the issue yet keeps in place because more money can be made by strategically given cars and not. It was a horrible experience

Car was fineWaited 45 minutes in line for pickup. When I told salesperson I didn’t need insurance, I had it already- he asked me what kind. I said usaa. He responded - you’ll be 100 percent responsible then if anything happens to the car (implying my coverage wouldn’t apply to the rental). Thankfully, I’m smart enough to know better. I feel bad for others who aren’t. Then was charged 42 dollars in airport fees for a car I pre-paid for in full. Extremely angry.

Pickup staff very helpful. Car was very clean.Car had a very bright media screen that couldn’t be dimmed while driving at night. Felt dangerous with a bright light in my eyes while driving. Drop off was terrible, the woman working the counter didn’t know how to handle my return properly and I’ve yet to be emailed a receipt.
