Pros (+) Aside from the staff who were all friendly and accommodating, nothing stood out. We have stayed at @ 10 different all-inclusive resorts in Cancun over the years. I will forget this one in little time.
Cons (-) 1.The noise. 2. The terribly average food; one person making omelettes and a long line to wait for food. 3. The lack of room bathrobes or slippers. 4. Bellman who do not bring in your luggage or take it to your room. 5 The constant pool party atmosphere. 3. The 3 empty beer bottles sitting in the same place in the stairwell for 4 days. 4. The small exercise room. 5 Staff does not set up umbrellas....
