The car was old, wasn't cleaned properly and the key fob was going dead (battery). When I returned it no one was at the counter to inform that the battery needed to change or give me a receipt. It worked fine, but wasn't a good experience.Reviewed 15 Sept 2025

They would not rent to me because I did not have a credit card. Very very disappointed.Reviewed 27 Jun 2025

Coke bottle with coke inside in the back seat floor. Bad battery and incorrect diagnosis from the emergency service. They said key was not detected because of the remote battery. I had to call AAA to jumpstart. They said only 4v and needed new battery.Reviewed 25 Feb 2024

The car had trash, old coke bottle in the back seat. The emergency service told me the remote battery was bad when it said key not detected. And to go get it replaced. But then the car would start and had to call AAA and they said only 4v on the battery and needed a new one. They jumped started it and I had to take it back and couldnt fill up the gas because if I shut off the engine I would have been stuck again. But they did give me another vehicle so that was good. But I wish they had checked out the first car better.Reviewed 25 Feb 2024

It was quick and easy. I needed a last minute car to drive from bend to sf. My flight was unexpectedly canceled. Budget hooked me up with a one day rental. The car performed great and I was able to get back home.Reviewed 6 Jan 2024
