Pros:The staff was helpful and friendly. The car was clean (minus a little earthy smell, but I put a lavender car refresher in it and it soon went away.) the price was wonderful, and the ease of service was great!
8.0 Very Good
Pros:Staff was helpful in both Bend and Carlsbad.
Cons:Van was dirty. Baby puke or spilled milk inside the van. Windows inside were so dirty that at dawn, I couldn't see through them.
Pros:Staff was great and attentive. Received my car without any hassle, and quick
Pros:Friendly staff, super easy pickup and dropoff
Cons:Had to call a couple times to get the agreed upon price, which was about $90 less than the budget office tried to charge. Also dodmt like the additional taxes/fees that were not in the advertised $38/day. price. Would have loved to have gotten the c. $10/day loss leader come on price!
8.0 Very Good
Pros:The car was clean and well maintained. The associate who assisted me was friendly and helpful.
Cons:The drop off was awkward. There was no directions about where I should park the car when I returned it. There was also no one at the counter when I dropped off my keys.
Pros:Pickup and drop off was really easy to find and made simple. Enjoyed everything about my experience.
Cons:Nothing . Was so quick and easy
Pros:Why rent at hertz when you can rent at Alamo?
Pros:Fast and easy return, nice customer service
Pros:The car was small and fun to drive.
Cons:The car was small and we could barely fit our camping gear in it. The check engine/oil change light was on from the time we picked it up (obviously I didn't go get an oil change on my vacation) to the time we dropped it off. The tire pressure was low and the car needed its tires rotated as the steering wheel would vibrate at any speed above 45 mph. Overall I was okay with the price but was anxious the entire time driving the car that I would be charged in excess for preexiting conditions...
Pros:We realized the car we originally rented was too small we were able to get an upgrade for minimal dollars.
8.4 Very Good
Pros:Pretty easy pick up, excellent vehicle for mountainous terrain.
Cons:Bit of confusion at drop off, additionals cost not clearly communicated.
8.0 Very Good
Cons:Would have liked a choice of car as in SUV ..
Pros:The low price.
Cons:The agent was not at the desk when I got there. A neighboring car agent had to text her to call her back to the airport. Waited 20 minutes to get service. Then, I went out to my car and found it was a tiny economy car (Ford Fiesta) when I ordered a compact car (“Ford Focus or similar). When I went back to desk to change cars it was now 6:03pm, and she was gone with everything locked up and closed. Had she been there when I arrived for my reservation there would have been time to deal with it. Instead I was forced to drive that tin can car for an 11 hour trip, and felt unsafe. The car had horrible seat stains and generally not clean. So basically everything could have been better about the experience except the price.
Pros:Staff at RDM was excellent.
Cons:Staff at Denver - Stapleton need training on returns from RDM.
Pros:The staff was great at both locations
Cons:Better signs for the drop off location we had a hard time finding it
Pros:The staff was very friendly and helpful
Pros:They upgraded me to a Jeep Cherokee! Very friendly staff, super efficient in getting the rental car, will use again
Cons:Outside of Jeep was slightly dirty.
Pros:Pickup easy and helpful. The bad was that I WAS NOT told that there was to be a $100 one way fee. I was not told until I dropped off the vehicle. I am very upset over the whole situation.
Cons:To have been told before hand. I rented the car for a total of about 3 hours of driving to find out that I would have an additional $100 fee added for one way which I told them I was going one way BUT THEY didn't tell me of the additional fee. I will NEVER rent from them again!
Pros:Friendly staff and super helpful
Cons:There was NO ice/snow scrapper. We rented a car in Bend, Oregon in winter. The second day there was a snow storm. The front wheel drive and all season tires served us well but I was disappointed to not find any sort of ice/snow scrapper in the car. I purchased one and left it in the car.
8.4 Very Good
Pros:The drop off was fine.
Pros:Very convenient at Redmond Airport
Pros:Clean car, no problems, handled well
Cons:No cruise control that I could find.
Pros:Very nice staff who were efficient and helpful.
Cons:Make it less expensive?
Cons:We reserved an SUV, but when we arrived they didn't have any SUVs. We got a pick up truck. It was raining. Not ideal for our suitcases. They told us to call the Bend office in the morning to get an SUV in Bend (45 min from our house), but when we called, they didn't have any either. So, we were stuck with the truck. Luckily, the weather worked with us, and it wasn't a fiasco. No discount offered.
Cons:My flight came in late and the National office was closed. I was stranded without a car.
Pros:Drop off super easy because it’s such a small airport
Cons:First, it was MY mistake by reserving a car at the OFF AIRPOT enterprise. The ON AIRPORT enterprise clerk was no help at all. Wouldnt call the offsite spot for us, wouldnt help us get a ride (Redmond has no shuttles) to the offsite location, looked at his cell phone while we talked to him instead of looking at us (and didnt even pretend) to care. Crummy attitude. If I were his boss I’d fire him.
Pros:Very friendly staff. Easy pick up and drop off
Pros:Complementary upgrade was great!
Pros:Super friendly staff at Redmond.
Cons:No Covid 19
Pros:staff was excellent and accommodating
Pros:Wes flexible and generous to make sure I got the right car at the right price.
