The windshield wiper fluid had not been topped off. The resulting loss of the ability to clean the windshield of muddy spray due to recent rains created a safety issue when turning onto a street that had us looking into a setting sun. Filling the reservoir with 1.5L of water was insufficient to prime the pump. Another 1.5L of water was necessary to get the system working again. Quite inconvenient. Otherwise, our experience within the Budget staffs’ control was commendable.Reviewed 28 Jan 2024

Drop off a little inconvenient because of early flight and budget not open but they do offer a pre drop off inspection the evening before. Next morning drop keys in drop box.Reviewed 19 Sep 2022

Pros:Friendly staff. Helpful. Car was clean and in good shape.Cons:Had to pick up the car at the airport and pay for a taxi to get there. Budget was not able to pick us up at our hotel and or deliver the car to us at the hotel, which they've done in the past.Reviewed 30 Sep 2019
