Cons: Very basic for a 5 star. The food was mediocre and the room too small. We were given a room on the ground level and had view of a dirty courtyard. Not 4 star standard let alone the 5 that they seem to hold.

Pros: The ambiance of an old world feeling. Helpful courteous staff. Fabulous breakfast in a brick cave. Elegant lobby. Large well appointed room, comfortable bed with a modern well designed bathroom.

Cons: Marriott charged me twice for my stay and when I let them know, they said it will take up to 15 days to refund me. I think that this is unnaceptable, being their mistake. They didn't even try to solve this. I will never stay here again. I was so dissapointed by this experience. Also the tables at breakfast were dirty and they didn't clean them up after people left.

Cons: The housekeeping no good , they don't have room service , I ask for help in 7:30 pm I was in room 375 and I ask them to have new towel the till me sorry we can help you have wait till tomorrow morning .

Pros: The roooms are spacious and luxurious and are kept up to scratch with top-notch housekeeping. The executive lounge offers an array of food and drinks from early to late with helpful staff who work hard to look after the substantial numbers that use the lounge. For easy and reliable transfers from and to the airport the hotel offers a cost-effective pre-bookable shuttle service.

Cons: Could have been better for the cost or at the least inclusive of breakfast in a location where restaurants are scarce.

Pros: The location cannot be beat as most of what you would want to see is less than a 30 min walk and if you want to cab it is easy and very cheap (1.39 lei per km or about 28 US cents). The hotel has all you could need and rooms were big, well appointed and immaculately kept. Staff was very attentive and the breakfast that was included in our rate was outstanding. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Truly a 4.5* experience

Cons: They did not seem to have much information on the immediate local area like reasonable places to eat, groceries and such. Not a big deal as we easily found things on our own. Also no detailed local map for the immediate area.

Cons: i paid for Double studio room and when i come to hotel i was shocked because i though doble studio its better then standard room but unfortunately its simple room which smelling bad and not in the same building where the standard rooms.so i asked how much i need to pay more for to move to standard room and i paid 500 $ its a lots,

Pros: All Bucharest was friendly, elegant en well educated. A relief compared to f.ex Londen or Paris.

Pros: The room was cosy and quiet. The pool has an amazing bath experience area, which goes outside but is heated with different jets and massaging bubbles.

Cons: Worst customer experience. First of all, I don’t think any hotel ever asked me for a deposit, more than the actual room, and nobody explained to us the process, how long it would take to get reimbursed... not of the two receptionists, radisson hotel customer service or the manager were actually particularly nice and helpful. Shame!

Pros: The room was modern and very clean. The staff helpful, professional and friendly. Good location in the city. All the meals I had from room service and onsite restaurants were very good.

Cons: Expensive for no obvious reason. Small rooms. Male staff is all grumpy. Nonsence and stupid policy regarding floor restrictions, that you are not allowed to go to no floor other that yours. The hotel should be called “little Israel” because Israelis are the majority of the guest, hebrew is all over.

Pros: The staff, cleanliness, and location are all excellent. I have stayed here twice and would not hesitate to stay again.

Cons: The rooms facing the bar next door can be a little noisy, especially on weekend nights. The breakfast buffet is average at best.

Pros: Location was awesome. Right in old town, easy to walk to a huge variety of shops and restaurants. The included breakfast is not bad with a good variety to accommodate everyone. Liked the Nescafe machine- great coffee.

Cons: The hotel has a bit of a weird set up, where half of the rooms face an internal atrium. If you get one of these rooms you can hear everything going on in the lobby and the restaurant, regardless of whether you have your window open or not. Speaking of which, these internal rooms are very, very hot. There is a thermostat in the room but even if you have it set to the lowest setting (18 degrees) it feels like 25 degrees. I had the manager come up to see if it was broken and he said it was working perfectly and it was a lovely temperature, why didn't I like it? I am a person that runs cold- I am constantly wearing slippers and sweaters and throwing blankets on myself at home- if I'm saying it's hot, it's hotter than most people can take. I tried a different internal room and it was exactly the same and eventually moved to a room on the outside perimeter of the building, these rooms have a window to the outside with fresh air. You can hear a bit of traffic but it's much easier to sleep. They charge something like 40 euros more a night for these rooms, which seemed like a lot considering they are pretty similar, just quieter and not boiling hot. (by the way I had two colleagues staying at the same hotel and they had the same experience- they didn't change rooms and they barely slept all week due to the noise and heat). The internet does not work very well. There are connection issues- particularly with newer apple devices. I have an iPhone X and I was only able to get onto the internet 3 times in my 8 night stay. The manager told me this was a problem with my phone- even though I have never had an issue connecting to the internet anywhere with this phone and I connected to wifi no problem with other restaurants in the area as well as at the airport. I was able to connect with my laptop and iPad without issues. It was fairly fast (on average about 7-10 MBPS up and down) although it's not completely stable- occasionally there are dips so if you are doing a lot of video calls for work, keep that in mind. Housekeeping was mediocre. On the days when I tipped, the room was cleaned ok. On the days I forgot to tip they barely made the bed and threw the towels in a heap in the bathroom. They never replaced my dirty glasses all week and only gave me new water about 50% of the time. Sometimes the empty water bottles were left just sitting there (I left them out so they'd remember to replace them). My colleagues started to put the do not disturb sign on their doors during the day because they felt they could do a better job tidying up than the maids. The hallway lights are on a sensor and sometimes they don't turn on for quite a while so you are walking in the dark which is sort of weird. Breakfast was good- the only negative thing is that the waitresses are very aggressive with requesting you fill in the satisfaction survey so they will interrupt you while you are mid-bite and stand over you until you fill in the survey. Very odd.

Pros: This hotel has the best location if you want to explore the old town and the rest of the city because it's close to public transport such as metro, taxis. I got a free upgrade to a suite which was really nice.
