Here are the hotels our guests have recently reviewed
Needs updated and repairs. Room was satisfactory but not Radisson quality. The furniture needed replaced or cleaned. No dish soap, no dish towels, no paper towels provided so couldn’t clean or use dishes. We were in a two bedroom apartment that sleeps six but on provided two bath towels. The bathroom was in disrepair. Burn marks on the counter, walls had water damage, shower head was too low and could not be raised do to ceiling hight. Beds had very, very flat pillows that were uncomfortable to sleep on. Asked for additional pillows that helped a bit. No blankets or pillows were provided for the pull out couch, even though they knew it was to be used for our family of six, had to ask staff. Staff was very friendly and helpful which is why we gave it three stars. Otherwise it would be 1-2 star quality.
PROS: The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and access was very easy. It was a short walk (10-13 min) to the main shopping area and sightseeing and to catch the bus to the airport. The hotel is modern. I would recommend this hotel to people who just like a hotel to be good - this hotel was good to me and provided me with what I expected and I received a cookie on check in (which I did not expect)CONS: I did not see any gym. Some people complain about small things but for me - if the hotel is clean, staff are friendly and the price is reasonable - then I'm happy as such - I have nothing to complain about but rather I prefer to focus on the positives - there were many positives. The walking from the hotel to the main square is fine (it keeps you healthy) and is only 10-13 min (some people complain it is far but walking is healthy so we should be happy)
