Casual attitude of the staff for scratches/damages when receiving the car from Sixt, not the same while returning to airport, Note to other users, please make sure that you check the car carefully, not just indication on paper on the car image for damages, but also what's written on the paper about the state of the car, we almost got caught as there was damage on the car not indicated on paper, but were told 'It is a problem' while returning. they have hidden tax((I paid +50% more that we agree ,when I get the car. They charge me for winter tyres 50 euros. By law in Romania they were supposed to have them on the car in the winter I'm very, very unhappy with Payless.I will never use this rental company again.Direct Rent
