Pros: Great location, room wasn't ready but we were given complimentary drinks as an apology which was welcomed. Room small but comfortable and had everything we needed. There were lots of Christmas parties and we were advised at time of check in but we were put on 3rd floor and didn't hear a thing.

Pros: The hotel was lovely. At arrival the lady at the reception was very nice and welcoming. She (same lady) was also very kind and friendly on the day I was leaving. Both nights at the bar downstairs the staff was very friendly and professional. This actually saved my weekend.

Pros: Very nice location in the old part of the city centre. The hotel is cosy and well-functioning.
