The use of the pool and jacuzzi was a bonus. Bedroom well decorated and clean.
Bath stained and grime round the shower screen. Shower itself was poor.
Went to breakfast staff checked our name off then sat us went to get breakfast but was then told it had finished Did not get informed of the breakfast times, on the information in the room it said until 11am but finished at 10am! although the check out time isn’t till 12pm a member of staff was banging on the room door at 9:30 telling us that we needed to check out now. When I rang reception to query they said they new nothing about this and check out was at 12pm towels had a chemical smell to them over all would not stay here again.
Plenty of choice at breakfast. Tables cleared and cleaned as soon as vacated.
The only criticism I have is that I thought the pillows were a little too hard, no give in them at all, causing neck and backache.
My room was the corner at the top floor then I don’t think it was Double Bed more likely small double and finally the person on the left side couldn’t see the TV .
The room was nice and the location was good, but better sound insulation, please... Oh, breakfast was very nice, too, as were all staff we interacted with. Pool was good! Just the noise thing...
Rather noisy in the night, despite us having a superior room or whatever. Much as I was impressed with the stamina of the couple nearby (thrice of a night? Bravo!), I'd really rather not hear it. Aside from humping like Deputy Dawg, quite a lot of middle-of-the-night hysterics from people returning from boozy nights out. As such, had a poor night's sleep.
