Loved everything about this hotel. Myself and my friends highly recommend it. It was central to everything we needed
Good location, nice decor in bar area and room. Comfy bed and nice shower.
Little bit tired, needs a refresh (especially main staircases). Quite dark bedroom, with view over scruffy building and car park, tv poor quality sound. Breakfast not great but ok (felt like cheap ingredients for the money we paid). Main issue was noise from next door room. Could hear their tv until 4am, so clearly that I knew which programme was on and could hear all the trailers. Very very annoying as had to get up early for a busy day.
The location and the furniture. The size of the room. The courtesy of the staff.
The interior design of the ensuite.
The location was very central.
The shower outlet was blocked and the water would not drain. They were unable to fix this (although they did off us to use a shower in another room). Additionally, we had three of us in a room and when we unfolded the sofa bed, it looked like the sheets had not been changed and there was a damp towel in the bed.
Convenient, comfortable and stress free apart from above.
Bar was very inhospitable refusing to serve me when I arrived just after time and not really feeling he was that bothered. No suggestion about alternatives despite the fact I was a resident and had been working a 14 hour day and just wanted a quick drink with my friend (who was also resident and had a drink having arrived a few minutes earlier.) Reception staff much more creative and helpful.
