Location, comfort in the bedroom and the level of interaction from the staff.
It was exactly what we needed.
Nothing stands out
Incredibly over priced. Facilities no better than a travelodge but at double the price. The bed moved all over the place. The shower was a slow trickle. Rubbish.
Lounge was very cold at times, no saucers with tea cups felt cheap. Beds/pillows were bit uncomfortable. Customers staying at the hotel should not have to pay £5 per day for Parking,
Everything was fine.
When we first arrived some of the night staff was not welcoming , but the day staff were excellent, a lot of information was not given to us when we booked in it was the day staff that inform us of what we need to know.
