Pros: The staff we're impeccably professional and catered for every need. Hotel was very clean and well presented and our upgrade to one of their suites showed us another level of this wonderful hotel! There is nowhere better to relax or even lye by a pool right in Brisbane's CBD!!
Cons: Nothing really to write about as negative but a suggestion would be to review the car parking charges for guests as this could be subsidised a little more in my eyes

Pros: Location was great - very close to city, restaurants and transport options.
Cons: Chose this hotel for its pool which upon arrival was found to be closed for renovations. Roof top bar was packed with people from a function that had finished downstairs so not a place to relax and unwind. Rooms are adequate but could do with some of the renovations that the pool is supposably having.
