Package included breakfast. No mention of breakfast facilities, what times breakfast was available or that it was a menu style choice. No mention of what check out time was. The password for wifi was incorrect. Basically just handed our key. That night decided to ask at reception about above, no one at desk, I basically yelled "hello" with no response.
