Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the city. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Many guests enjoyed the breakfast selection and found the beds comfortable. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness, including dirty carpets, dated rooms, and maintenance concerns in bathrooms. While some rooms were described as spacious, others were seen as small or in need of renovation. Overall, the location and service stood out as highlights, but cleanliness and room condition could be improved.

Front desk is extremely understaffed. Staff are helpful, but wait times are too long.

Pros (+) Location was great - very close to city, restaurants and transport options.
Cons (-) Chose this hotel for its pool which upon arrival was found to be closed for renovations. Roof top bar was packed with people from a function that had finished downstairs so not a place to relax and unwind. Rooms are adequate but could do with some of the renovations that the pool is supposably having.
