Pros:

6.0 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed, pleasant staff, convenient to meeting spot in the CBD so easy to access. Restaurant with a lovely atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating making the most of the balmy evening weather.
Cons: The downer was no hot water for a shower in the morning but having said that as soon as I turned the TV on the management had a banner on saying they were experiencing difficulties with it and were working on it so a proactive response rather than ignoring it. I'd go back again because of that response.
5.0 Okay
Pros:
Cons: Cold water on the shower in 2 days is not acceptable.
6.0 Good
Pros: Bed was very comfortable
Cons: We had issues with our power points in kitchen, staff sorted it but was a hussle to have our stay interrupted by this! Also the breakfast was not good! There were no large plates available for a cooked breakfast, so had to wait for some to be washed! Some staff did not look happy in there job! The Breakfast food was Not great! This experience has made us think we will try other accommodation for our next visit to Brisbane!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely room, service and cleanliness in top. Small nice extras like expresso coffee machine, usb sticks. Best air-con we have had in Australien and super bed.
Cons: Not much space to store the clothing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros:
Cons: I asked to keep the towels and linen in my room instead of washing them however the cleaning staff gave me fresh towels everyday. I am also sure there was someone who shouldn't have been on my floor (a lady of the night) as they knocked on my door 3 times on Saturday night.

Pros: I liked how spacious the bathroom was and the comfort of the beds
Cons: I didn't like how expensive it was to grab a bite to eat in the motel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenience in the city. Recommended by friends. A touch of the boutique hotel. Friendly and very helpful staff, especially the concierge team.
Cons: Buffet dinner was disappointingly poor. Purported to be a Christmas Celebration but was just very over cooked and very dry turkey, chicken and gammon/ ham. Mostly the food was just warm, ice cream melting. Seafood was ok. The cost of the meal was very high considering what was on offer. Breakfast Buffet on the other hand was much better.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The view was beautiful. Bed comfortable and bathroom was nice. The buffet breakfast and the seating area was wonderful.
Cons: The range of tv channels and pay per view movies was limited. Room serivce food could be improved.

Pros: There bed! Heaven. Oh and the view. The concierge was old style excellent, as we're the staff. Really luxurious feel to the seven service, and vintage comfort.
Cons: Only one thing. The chair at the desk in the room was vintage, like everything else, so it didn't offer enough support to sort and type. Needs a business chair.

Pros: Location was great. Room was spacious enough, good view of the river, and shower was great. Elevators were fast. Price was pretty reasonable.
Cons: Only gave us 2 towels and one face washer to share. No hand towels. Shower caps were so small they didn't fit. Shampoo was the 2 in 1 stuff. Didn't really seem the type of amenities you normally get in an equivalent hotel. Staff didn't mention anything at all upon check in, e.g check out time, breakfast/hotel services/info, basically just given room number. Room not very sound proof, could hear music, cars, etc.

Pros: Stunning heritage building, it feels like you are walking back into the early 1900’s as soon as you walk through the ornate doors. Everything was decorated absolutely beautifully and all staff were more than pleasant and very helpful. The room (hotel suite) was an absolute dream and catered for everything we could have wanted on our mummy best friend night away. We did not want to leave the amazing cloud like king bed with cable and movies ready to rent. The stunning bathroom made for the most luxurious bath we have had in forever! The food was delicious at the lab. We headed to the casino to have some cocktails before heading out to dinner and again the staff were exemplary and the cocktails perfect. Every thing was 5 star treatment and we certainly did not want to leave! Perfect!

Cons: If I could fault one thing (literally one thing) and it was not even that bad, is that it did take a while for our luggage to be bought to our room. About an hour and 2 phone calls later, it was bought in and set up for us with many an apology, I think there was a mix up because I dare say this sort of thing would not happen regularly given the absolute professionalism and attentiveness in every other area by the staff.

Pros: almost all
Cons: It is far from train station(Central station), it take about 10-15 minutes. It is not to far but when you come with your heavy luggages, you feel it is far. The pipe in the bathroom cannot be close tightly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Zakkery and Claire at reception were outstanding. Zak gave his undivided attention, even guided us via phone call to their carpark area navigating around road closures.
Cons:
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was super comfy the room was spacious and the bathroom had a large bath and separate shower.
Cons: Nothing everything was lovely.

Pros: The room was fine. Clean and comfortable. Soft beds and plenty of room to move around.
Cons: The car park is very tight and pokey. You would not want to have a big car.
8.0 Excellent
Pros:
Cons: There was pubic hair still in the bath tub. And a cue tip on the floor behind the bedside table. Minor details but just more of an eye with cleaning all areas of a room.
7.0 Good
Pros: A Large suite, closed to city center, quiet and beds are really confortable.
Cons: lack of interior decoration within rooms. It has been recently renovated but some decorations on the walls would make the rooms more confortable. another aspect is the breakfast. If you want to have a real expresso (and not a instant americano coffee) you will have to spend another 5.5 AUS $ on the top of your already pais breakfast. Dinning services stops at 9pm.

Cons: Breakfast was disappointing with low levels of food at 8.30. A few guests expressed disappointment on the Sunday morning. Despite asking twice in person, I was not presented an invoice for incidentals until several days later after I sent an email.

Pros: The location was ideally situated for me . The friendliness of the staff. The size of the room. I have no more to tell you but just writing till have enough sentences for your liking.
Cons: There where no tissues in the room which is usually a standard thing when staying in a hotel.. The bathroom didn't have adequate ventilation as in an extraction fan for when showering or using the toilet.

Pros: The service of the concierge staff was especially excellent. We experienced again the high quality of the Mercure brand that we have come to trust. It's proximity to the Brisbane Train Station and CBD made our travels much more relaxing.
Cons: Some cheaper food options on the room service would have been great.
7.0 Good
Pros: Lovely place, very helpful staff, comfy beds and great food. We will be back for sure.
Cons: $50 for carpark, surely could be cheaper, standing in the pool looking at the mess under the tree stands in the roof top bar, food and mess under there. A party booking out what ended up being both bars, surely could have gone in a function room with so many of them! Roof top full, then downstairs too.
7.4 Good
Pros: Location was great - very close to city, restaurants and transport options.
Cons: Chose this hotel for its pool which upon arrival was found to be closed for renovations. Roof top bar was packed with people from a function that had finished downstairs so not a place to relax and unwind.
Rooms are adequate but could do with some of the renovations that the pool is supposably having.

Cons: Music in lift - after 4 days of same piece of music I dreaded getting in the lift. Would’ve used the stairs if I hadn’t been on the 14 floor.

Pros: the shampoo being toped up regular need more complementary things
Cons: bathroom sink too old, room too small pool opened not at the right time, parking is to expensive
