Pros: The warm pools and saunas, so relaxing. The restaurant, staff and food. The calm atmosphere and very pleasant staff.

Pros: Just such a beautiful hotel and the staff are so attentive and lovely!

Cons: We had no heating for 2 of our 3 nights nice and on the last night Breakfast not great again first two days not very hot Sunday breakfast was excellent For what we paid and finding out it was one of the top 3 hotels in England value for money and how they dealt with our issues was not good enough

Pros: Most comfortable bed ever. Shame it wouldn't fit in my case!

Pros: Breakfasts exceptional. First class food perfectly cooked. Table service most helpful. There is a cosy lounge adjacent to the bar with a lovely fire and with most comfortab;e chairs. Staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Our bathroom had a heated marble floor ands two handbasins

Cons: The large shower cubicle had a hand shower and an enormous fixed shower. We would have appreciated operating instructions. Shower cubicle would easily accommodate two - or even more! As pensioners we would have appreciated a 'grab rail' on the wall.

Pros: Great location and very comfortable

Cons: Could have been cleaner in the bedroom and a bit in need of tlc in bedroom but the lounge bar and dining room lovely

Pros: Breakfast was superb. All staff were so obliging and polite. Room was nice but no fridge. We would have preferred a room overlooking the lovely garden. So pleased I was allowed to park a little ahead of check in time and also after checkout we were allowed some extra parking till 2pm.

Cons: Would have like to open the windows at night as it was very warm in our room but we probably would have heard the traffic.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent, good variety of different fresh fruits a good cooked food menu and very helpful and efficient staff.

Cons: Our room was at the front of the hotel, Despite double glazing traffic noise was a bit of a problem affecting sleep.

Pros: Lovely bedroom, service, food and quiet ambience. It was our third visit for our birthday celebrations and as good as the first and second.

Cons: Breakfast would be improved immensely by having a coffee machine where guests/staff could make a decent variety of brews.

Cons: The price of wine and food .Card deposit taken then retaken and told it would be credited within 10 days.

Pros: Excellent Service - they could not do more to make you welcome. Lovely rooms and nice to see a separate bath and shower. Huge confy bed and coffee and tea services. Nothing missing in room or broken etc. Nixe pool, steam room and sauna. Plenty of towels and robes.

Cons: Drinks and the food although excellent were on the pricy side.

Pros: Fabulous hotel with delicious food- both breakfast and dinner were superb. Only 20min stroll into central bath. Very friendly staff.

Pros: wonderful stay, very attentive staff and a really lovely room. I will absolutely be back. Really recommend taking advantage fo their spa and pool facilities when you visit.

Cons: There wasn't anything to dislike, the food was good... could have done with a little more variety on their relaxed dining menu but that's only a small point.

Pros: Small boutique hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Rooms are filled with collectibles. It is a short walk (2 minutes) from The Bridge where the center of town starts- makes for a quiet night away from the night life

Pros: Great location, good food and cocktail bar. Relaxing and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the overall hotel decor is very nice and welcoming.

Cons: It needs some updating of the building and the cleaners could do a better job with dusting - tv area. Our door had a quite big gap at the bottom although we had a draft excluder in the room.

Pros: Deco is really cool. The restaurant and bar staff were very friendly. Food was good. Location is also good.

Cons: The lady at reception wasn't welcoming and didn't explain anything. Really seemed like she didn't care. For the money we spent I would expect better customer service. Poor first impression. Also saw the staff arguing in the bar.

Pros: A beautiful boutique hotel, so many lovely touches..we wouldn’t know where to begin! But must mention the delightful help yourself snacks/sweets/ice cream in The Coach House and extremely helpful staff. If only we were staying for more than one night...we will definitely return.

Pros: This hotel is a hidden gem! Mr.Mark gave me a lovely room with a cute blue bathtub. The room was spacious, the Bed was comfy. I couldn't help but fall in love with the hotel interiors and the doll-house tea cabins. There was a secret kitchen next to my room, full of candies and salted caramel ice-creams; the experience I had was similar to that of childhood when I used to sneak in the kitchen at night! The afternoon tea was nice. the location is within a walkable distance from the train station, the roman baths and the main river/central garden. Totally recommended; will visit again sure!

Cons: Unfortunately there was a major plumbing issue. Flooding our bed omplete downpour from room above we had eventually to be given another room to sort ourselves out before we checked out. The staff were very good but our stay did not end well. Our own bathroom had an issue with bath/ shower taps very stiff and had to get help emptying bath on our first day. Also did not enjoy walking past huge heaps of bed linen and cleaning materials to get to our basement room during our three day stay. Did not give a positive impression. Would have preferred not to have had the over large tv at a strange angle crammed near the bed.

Pros: The front desk employee that greeted us and booked our taxi for us was exceptional, the rest of the staff were nice enough but this particular lady was outstanding, so helpful and kind, I wish I remembered her name. Such a charming accommodation, the style and attention to detail was impressive.

Cons: Our room was very small, it would have been fine had we had some storage and place to put our luggage.

Cons: We were travelling around UK by car during September and stayed in total in 26 different hotels. This one was the worst. The room was extremely small, the bathroom was awfully tiny. The receptionists were quite unfriendly. And a funny thing was that they did not let us leave the car for a couple of hours at the parking while we wanted to walk a bit around the city. The worst place we´ve seen!!!!

Pros: Location was excellent, easy parking on site, I would use the Hotel again, evening late bar also good. Breakfast & room very nice.

Cons: Room size was very small, I understand we booked a small double but you could not walk around the bed. We would use the Hotel again but book a larger room.

Pros: It was close to town centre (only took 5/10 mins to walk) the hotel was easy to find and also was very nice to look at from outside.

Pros: Hotel is in great location for site seeing and getting around Bath.Hotel room was very nice. Concierge and desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Buffet selection was impressive especially with the additional made to order options. The breakfast staff was so wonderful that they even served me when I mixed up the times and arrived late. They were very professional and friendly.

Cons: The walls were thin and I could hear everyone passing by in the hallway, but earplugs solved that issue.

Pros: We had issues when first arrived but staff sorted it very quickly and we had a lovely stay

Cons: Upon arrival we were given a tiny room next to a generator. We had to complain due to us not being able to rest in the room due to the noise etc. We got a replacement room straight away which was a more standard size, lovely and quiet.

Cons: Black decor made some areas very dark . Difficult to see inside wardrobe and safe. Poor lighting.

Pros: Close to town centre. Very nice and clean room. Nice staff. Breakfast was really good.

Pros: Lovely hotel with a great atmosphere. Fantastic location with easy access to all the places to visit and the shops. Great value for money when you look at location. We had breakfast which was fine.

Cons: Nothing. This is the second time we have stayed there and both times have been really positive.
