the location was perfect, the hotel was beautiful and spotlessly clean, beautiful view. Breakfast was lovely. Recommendations for eating out worth doing. Would definitely stay again
Didnt like the size of the room, it was exceptionally small. Some of the staff not really on the ball, ie no toast, not asked how we wanted our eggs, minor things. Didnt like having to give key in each time we left
The location, the staff, the candy, and the Nook
We got room #24 with the hot tub. The room either flooded or people got the rug wet so it smelled moldy and damp. The noice level from the Nook from a party that was there from 3pm when we checked in to almost 11pm
As a very last minute booking, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but The Bird was excellent, the staff were very friendly and our room was lovely. I will definitely come back again.
Wonderful room and breakfast
The breakfast was good, plenty of choice. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern, and the hot tub excellent.
Room No 24 although lovely and comfortable, was small and did not have a window. There was occasional smell of drains, which could easily be corrected.
