Great location, lovely manner from staff and fabulous that spa facilities were included for staying guests!
Our room was quite cold. The windows were open when we arrived (it’s December) and then the room had no heating/or maybe the wall controls on full just wouldn’t work but we made do with the bathroom towel rail heating. It was a small blip in an otherwise fantastic stay!
Amazing location. The hotel was finished really nicely. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa facilities are great.
Smelly bathroom from blocked drains. Our bedroom door was left open after being cleaned. Only being able to use the spa in specific hours at beginning and end of the day. (Should be more clear when booking)
Wonderful friendly staff. After check in the receptionist gave us a tour of the hotel upon arrival, which was helpful in locating the restaurant and spa. The spa although small was beautiful and the bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in.
Breakfast was extremely pricey for what was served. For £30 I purchased a stack of 4 pancakes thinking that I would be served a standard sized pancake. Instead I was served pancakes so tiny they could fit inside a tea cup.
This is a beautiful hotel in perfect central position in Bath. The Spa was such a daily luxury in a week of Christmas shopping. Staff are kind, helpful and work graciously to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Housekeeping was inconsistent which was unexpected. We had to ask for some of the things that had not been replaced each day and found the room was not cleaned until after 4.30 one day which was unpleasant.
