The car was very dirty inside and out. It was clear the vehicle was not cleaned from the previous rental. The key fob battery was almost dead and I was not able to lock/unlock the vehicle with it.Reviewed 8 May 2026

Car was not ready upon arrival even though we booked 2 months ahead. Had to wait over an hour after a very long flight, and had a 2 1/2 hour drive ahead of us. Agent was rude & seemed unconcerned. Car itself was fine, but customer service was poor.Reviewed 5 Oct 2024
