Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome. Comfortable bed, big room, pleasant decoration and I had an amazing size tv. The breakfast is nicely presented with a range of juices in the fridge and a variety of products - the fresh fruit was particularly good. I also liked the bathroom products which were good quality and olive oil based so very adapted for Greece!

It has its own cafe/bistro, if you're feeling hungry, but don't have time to go out. The room was comfortable and quiet (not facing the main road). Pros: This hotel is about a 25 min cab ride with no traffic. It is not anywhere near the airport as stated. Just stayed overnight for our transfer flt. Had res a week later for return flt and canceled that and made a res at a hotel within a 2 min walk from the airport. More money but with the cab fare it ended up only being about 25 more and it is a 5 star. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Cons: Printing out a boarding pass was made more difficult than necessary because there are a couple of computers available for guests and the idea was to do it yourself and it would print out at reception but the system didn’t work too well. It would have been better for the staff at reception to just print it out.

Cons: I can't say that I didn't like anything, just two points for improvement. Perhaps there could have been more variety for the breakfast. Also complementary slippers in the room would have been nice. However, it met and exceeded the expectations for a 3-star hotel, so no complaints.

Cons: The bed had a mattress cover, 1 sheet and a blanket the mattress cover was 1/3 too small and so was the sheet. The air conditioning is controlled by the hotel so you have to call to get air everytime. When it gets to hot you can't open the windows because mosquitoes come in and you cant cover with the sheet because it's to small and you will lay on bare mattress. We did not expect that in a suite.

The location is ideal and the rooftop pool is a dream with one of the finest views of the Athenian skyline. Entering the building you come across a stunning entrance. You can tell that this hotel is of some age, adding a charm and some history but honestly not run down or compromising any standards! The rooms were spotlessly cleaned and so well maintained. I was so happy to stay there and to confirm that the hotel lives up to its reputation. There were so many details that made the difference and didn’t go unnoticed. Congratulations to everyone! I would gladly stay back there and a solid 10 is the least that can describe my experience there!

Cons: Our only complaints were the small refrigerator in the room barely got cold and when we pulled the cabinet away from the wall to check if it was plugged in, it hadn’t been cleaned back there in years. Absolutely filthy (cigarette butts, debris, dirt).
However, if the refrigerator was working properly we would have never known. The rest of the room was very clean. (Carpet was a little rough, but not terrible)
