Pros: The buffet breakfasts were quick and easy, with plenty of choices. The hotel location, just a few meters from corner of Rundle Street, was excellent.
Cons: There could have been a support handle in the shower. Also the main room was large, but only one desk chair and one easy chair. An extra easy chair would have been nice, and there was plenty of room for it. Otherwise the room and facilities were excellent.

Cons: The bathroom had a mildly unpleasant odour upon arrival. A septic smell?? Staff were alerted and did respond to freshen the room.

Cons: The only bar in the hotel was closed to guests for one night for a staff function. No problem with this but prior notification would have been good as we had arranged to meet there. Desk staff tried to say it was “open but not available due to a function”. To me, this means it is closed.

Pros: It's in a great location. Our apartments were clean and spacious. Would definitely stay there again in the future.
Cons: There is no elevators for people that are in wheelchairs or for people that can't walk. There was 15 steps for my mum to climb who has bad knees. We also had a pram and lots of luggage which was hard to get up the flight of stairs.

Requested a quiet room when booking as I’m a lite sleeper and was placed in the room closest to the rd. Which was disappointing so couldn’t get to sleep both nights till after midnight. Due to that fact I’ll go back to booking a Glenelg hotel where there is no rd noise

Cons: Parking is a challenge - a parking garage a block away has weekend $7 flat-rate, but weekday parking on and off-street is dear$$. Has no on-site health club, however they have a relationship with a fitness center across the street for $10 per visit. The internet is free, although sometimes a bit spotty. But these things are typical of Aus cities and we were able to work around all of those. Only negative issue we had was our room wasn't cleaned 1 day of our 3-day stay, which is the only reason we didn't give it an "excellent" rating. Otherwise, a lovely and intimate place that we would highly recommend.

Pros: Cheap and cheerful, friendly staff, close to convention centre which was the reason for my trip.
Cons: A slightly isolated feeling area at night (near the hospital, university and research institute but not a residential or restaurant area) which meant I felt slightly uncomfortable as a woman travelling alone walking back from dinner etc. Easy walk to the city and if I had been with someone else I would probably not have noticed this. I didn’t have any issues with anyone either!

Cons: The room was cold at night (although the Adelaide weather at the time was poor). The beds in the twin room (Ibis Styles) were a bit to narrow although would were comfortable.

I was really surprised how warm they felt every night. The TV in the room wasn't very good. Felt pretty antiquated in this day and age. Couldn't work out if it was possible to make the small picture use the entire screen.
