Good location, big room and comfortable beds.
Location was good
The hotel rooms don’t feel very clean and bathroom it’s too old
Everything. Very clean, quaint, quiet. Location was fair.
Couldnt buy alcohol by glass, but that wasn't a real big deal.
The receptionist (the lady) she was so lovely And amazingly kind and accomodating. The hotel itself was dirty and in the pictures of the premium queen room bathroom was not what we had when we went into our room. It was a hospital bathroom. It was filthy.. faeces all over the toilet bowl from previous guests and the carpet was pulled up in places. (A significant trip hazard) and the room and bathroom was not clean.
The bathroom and room was not cleaned properly. There was faeces around the toilet bowl from previous guests.. not up to standard that was paid for.
Friendly and efficient reception; good sized room in good condition; quiet location but within easy walking distance of the CBD, great cafes and restaurants, public transport. While I did not use the lounge areas or communal kitchens I thought they were well presented. Good value for money. Comments from other guests were also very positive.
No opening windows in the room; although the bed was made each day the rubbish bin was not cleared every day.
