Pros: Beautiful hotel in very central location of Zaragoza. 3 Minutes to the El Pilar Cathedral. We had a room on the fourth floor from where the illuminated towers of the cathedral could be seen in the evening. Room was as you would expect at a four star hotel, it has all you need. A big plus was the extra door separating the sleeping room from the entrance/bathroom part, keeping out noise from the hall (there was not much noise from there anyway...). Another big plus was the fact that you could open the windows to cool down the room for the night. Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice little bar etc..

Cons: There is a lot of noise from the streets - even in December - from bars and pubs goers in the night. However the windows are very efficient in keeping the noise out when closed.

Pros: Very good location right next to historical centre. Very clean room, furniture was good quality. Good cupboard space. Room was well equipped with kettle, coffee maker, even decaf coffee pods, minibar (fridge). Lovely bathroom. Good range of toiletries supplied. Friendly staff. We did not have breakfast here so can't comment on it. Wifi worked well. Excellent location right by tram stop. Also buses nearby. A tourist office is just across the road. There was a supermarket that opened late nearby.

Cons: Private party closed the bar and restaurant including room service. No discount offered. Parking a nightmare for a large car, despite staring I had a large car. If you have one and want to park. Don’t risk it ! Unless you’re a highly skilled driver. Parking ok for family car downwards. Not a Range Rover Vogue. I made it to level 2 with many 6 point turns and reversing in but with a minor war wound to show for it

Cons: Got to the restaurant to get breakfast, Sunday around 9.30 am, and all tables were dirty, other customers had used them before and waiters had not clean them even considering that 70% of restaurant was empty. So just when we requested to please clean a table they did. Good restaurants characterize for very fast clean up, its disgusting to get and find no empty table, not because they were full of people, but because they were not clean.

Pros: We have stayed at the Silken Zentro many times and always enjoy it. The hotel is very central and within walking distance to everything. The rooms are modern and comfortable and the staff very accommodating. We also like it because they have parking beneath so checking in and out is easy. It is a very modern hotel built on top of the ancient ruins that exist all over Zaragoza and that are on display through glass in this hotel.

Cons: One big negative point: i specifically asked at booking time if my car would fit in the parking. We had a high car as we had a rooftop bag. Unfortunately nobody answered so assumed wrongly it was fine. You can’t enter the parking with a 2m high car. Result: unload the full thing :(

There was a lot of noise inside the room: the electric switch cabinet made a constant buzz that if you heard once while trying to fall a sleep, you could never un-hear. Also, the heating fan was loud (and it stopped working once we left the room, so we had no other choice but to turn it up when we entered to avoid freezing). The rooms are reasonably well kept, but are getting a little old. I expected Ibis Styles to be more up-to-date and fancier. This was more like an Ibis Budget room. Considering the price/quality ratio, there may be better options in Zaragoza.

Car park is an excellent facility given the location, but is awkward with an estate car. Corporate image poor. Soundproofing between rooms awful, we heard the whole conversation from next door at two in the morning.

Cons: Room temperature was difficult to control, from too cold to too hot when heater turned on. No automatic setting. Bathroom stayed very cold, and no exhaust in bathroom and only one glass panel, when showering the whole bathroom floor gets wet along with the water vapor. Closing shower will assist with preventing bathroom floor from getting wet and placing an exhaust will help with water vapor and condensation.

Cons: Although I reserved and payed a room with a double bed, when I arrived at the destination they gave me a room with two single beds. I asked for a room change and the reply I got was that they had no other room. Again, I had already payed for a room with a double bed. Reaching for a bottle of water from the minibar, both available bottles were opened and tap water was in them...so couldn't get anything to drink at night. On top of that my freezer contained a month old sandwich and a humous that was starting to look like a forest with inhabitants... The room was positioned with the window on the inside of the hotel and above the air conditioning/ central heating systems. I cannot describe the constant noise. I was nonstop. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was like I was sleeping next to a hydropower facility. Couldn't get ant sleep, couldn't get any work done. Horror.

Cons: Just I didn’t like about the workers it’s not about them. They’re not good not bad. But they didn’t know English and it was problem for me bec. I had little problems with my card. And then we found another person-customer- and she helped to us.

He was even a little bit of agressive. We didn’t had the room expected, no bathroom nor balcony as it was sell on booking because of this man. The room was cheap and the cover of the bed was dirty. The rest of the hotel was kind of clean. I really don’t recommand this hotel.
