9.5 Excellent
Pros: Such a cute hotel. I loved the 24 hour cafe and highly affordable mini bar service at the front desk offering 1.5 L of water for €2 and a half bottle of Cava for €6. The breakfast the next day was delicious, as was the coffee and homemade, award winning marmalade. We ordered breakfast at noon and it was no trouble, rare in hotels. I'm travelling with a teenager who loves to sleep so this was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel with air conditioning, soundproofed windows, blackout blinds and a comfortable bed.
7.0 Good
Pros: Grea location, clean. New but had charm with it.
Cons: The cost of parking was not disclosed until afte the booking was made and it was 15 which was rather pricey for one night. The hot water in the shower had no pressure so if you wanted pressure you had to have a lukewarm shower.

Pros: This is a lovely and well-apointed business-type hotel in lovely Zaragoza. We were warmly welcomed and particularly appreciated the efficient valet parking. The room was comfortable. We found lots of lovely tapas restaurants in the neighborhood and a great place for breakfast right next store that was far cheaper than the hotel breakfast. Recommended for a short stay in Zaragoza, which is a perfect stop on the route between the Pyrenees and Madrid.
Cons: The room was a bit small for the money and slightly far away from the main attractions. However, we took taxis which were very reasonably priced.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, very central yet quiet rooms. The whole hotel was spacious (bedrooms, hall, restaurant). Good range of options for breakfast.
Cons: Roof pool was small and cold.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The quality of the hotel and bar . Rooms excellent and most importantly price was even better
Cons: One umbrella at rooftop pool was very poor . One worked one broken , so another words one person only could enjoy pool . Brolly needed at 41 degrees
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed. Friendly and professional staff. There is one local cafe and also Starbucks just on the ground floor of the hotel. Very convenient if missing the official breakfast of the hotel. Superb location. Beautiful views from the rooftop area. If you step out of the elevator to the pool area and it is fully packed then turn to the left - there is small and more private area just around the corner with some chairs - perfect for privately reading a book or taking photos of the city.
Cons: Pool is very tiny and is even smaller than looks in the pictures - might even say that it is one huge bath out there. There are also too few sun chairs considering the size of the hotel. During my stay the pool area was always fully packed - no reason to book the hotel just for the pool (in case you were planning it :))
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Central location and interesting decor.
Cons: It really is quite difficult to get to if you are driving and the signage outside the hotel is obscured.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Set in the heart of town, all of the points of interest were within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, suggesting local cuisine and directing us to the proper times to dine. I recommend the mijas at Migueras about 4 blocks from the hotel. Although it doesn't open for lunch - the major meal of the day - until 1:30.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: very convience to reach the sightseeing points
Cons: no

6.3 Good
Pros: Ultra modern hotel situated amid part-built office complex. Luxury reception and lounge. Rooms average size, could have been more spacious, bathroom small. Room layout not properly considered during construction. Everything just a bit tight. Relatively clean but could pay more attention to limescale and grime around the tiny shower cubicle. 3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Quite new facility, and good neighborhood with shops, supermarket as well as lot of bars and restaurants
Cons: Poor service offered for a 5 start hotel, no one meeting you at entrance, no one escorting to your room, no one helping with bags. Entrance doors closed at 1700h!! You need to ring bell to enter... Thin wall you can hear your room neighbor as well as those on the corridors. Cons: Swiming pool doesnt open till 9am, which is a bit inconvenient if you like an early morning swim. Car park also takes a little finding.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness is fantastic, very modern and comfortable.
Cons: As it was our honeymoon night ( we didn’t book the special offer but the staff or management knew it was our honeymoon) and we didn’t make it for breakfast on time I asked if we could have just something simple (like a coffee and croissant) sent to the room. They told me that would be charged separately and I was slightly disappointed in this as it is a 5 star hotel. It would have been a very nice gesture of the hotel.
6.3 Good
Pros: Room very clean and Big I booked two rooms for my family
Cons: Breakfast was not that good
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent!

Arturo on reception is very helpful with information about Zaragoza. Breakfast very good. Spacious parking area.
Cons: Hotel is in an area of large business premises, with no evening economy or night life. Not very busy, it can feel a bit sterile, which sense is exacerbated by the immense size and scale on which it is built. Not far by car from Zaragoza's 'old town', but parking a bit difficult, if you go by car.

Cons: An incorrect lightbulb had been put in one of the lamps and made it far too hot. My daughter touched the handle and burnt her hand badly. The staff dealt with it very quickly and changed the bulb. However my daughter was in a lot of pain for a few hours. It could have been even more serious, for example if someone had bumped their head on the lamp.

Featuring tiled floors, all rooms are heated and come with a desk and wardrobe. Each has a private bathroom with a shower. The family-run guest house has vending machines and a shared TV lounge. 9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great simple single room, very clean, and as central as you can get. Friendly & helpful receptionist (owner?). Would stay again!! I recommend it <3
Cons: Things a little old/worn but pretty standard for hostals for this budget price. Also before I put my earplugs in for the night I could hear any tiny thing happening in the reception or hallway. Even if people whispered. No one was disrespectful or rude/loud/drunk so I’m grateful it wasn’t worse!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: the staff was very helpful and friendly! If you don't speak spanish communication might be difficult though...
Cons: There was no boiler in the room, so we had to rely on the hostel staff to prepare soup e.g. Also, the location is great, but extremely noisy. So bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location and price were excellent. Lovely welcoming staff and a very clean and comfortable room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Central location, right at the main square. Clean and quiet. Nicely decorated interior. Reasonably priced parking nearby (~15 EUR per day). Free mini-snacks (croissants, cookies).
Cons: Reception is NOT 24/7; even though we agreed our check-in time (after 20:00) in advance, we could not enter for half an hour - the doorbell did not work properly or nobody was at the reception. No free parking. No common place to have some meal.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location in the middle of the most famous square in Saragozza. Not expansive and the room was clean.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Easy check in and total independence. Fantastic location.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Juan was exceptional He went out of his way to please us Thanks
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and the room we managed to finally get. If you don’t mind noise at night, the front rooms look onto the square and have huge sliding windows. Despite a bit rundown, the bed was great and the shower had great pressure, so it scores high for all those important reasons. The owner was friendly and very accommodating.
Cons: The first room we were offered was small, an interior room with a strong cigarette smell. It’a a bit rundown. For the price we paid (during Semana Santa!) we felt we got more than our money’s worth.
5.8 Okay
Cons: Room with balcony????Joke
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is just perfect, exactly in the same square where the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Pillar is located. The room is essential, but very clean, cosy and comfortable. Our host was very friendly.
Cons: The shower drain was working, but it was extremely slow. It just needs some improvement.

Pros: The staff was great and deserves an A+!! Especially Abde and the lady at the reception! We had car problems and needed a local car service. They helped us with translating and all kinds of practical things! Furthermore they made us feel really welcome and served us drinks even though they were already closing up for siesta and Abde was off duty!! In spite of the car problems, we now cherish some good memories of the kindness of the people in this hotel!
Cons: Just a small thing: the pool is closed on Sundays.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Room and breakfast was perfect. Distance to city centre is good by car, 3km
Cons: Spa and restaurant not open. Lication in the middle of industrial area, parked trucks everywhere. The room was good and breakfast perfect.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable, spacious rooms. Air-conditioning was really appreciated during super hot weather. Room was very clean, the large bed was comfy, and the WiFi worked well. Staff was very professional and friendly. The fact that the hotel is on a street where only trolley cars can pass through (cars not allowed) makes it nice and quiet at night. The hotel is located right in the beautiful historic section of Zaragoza. Just a block or so away, there are lots of bars, cafes, and restaurants. We parked in a subterranean parking garage at the nearby Plaza de España.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location for old part of city and El Tubo. Parking deal very useful. Staff particularly Ambra at reception very helpful, attentive and friendly. Not the first stay here and hopefully not the last
Cons: Only slight problem. A squeaky bed in the room whenever my wife turned over.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, just at edge of old town.
Cons: Beds were a little uncomfortable, and could have done with an extra pillow.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Location was right in the centre of Town.
Cons: Rooms seemed a little in need of re-decoration. Quite dark. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. That would not stop us staying here again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and reception was very efficient - one of the best check in experiences ever. The location is really good: close to taxis, ATM, restaurants, shops, and all attractions - just walk out of the door and it's all at hand. Despite this the hotel is very muchquieter than you'd expect due to the excellent sound insulation + they have blackout curtains so the sun doesn't wake you - aircon is also very efficient.
Cons: Nothing - everything was perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, friendly staff, view from a room, atmosphere
10.0 Excellent

Room big and clean, good beds and the staff in the reception was very helpful and service-minded, especially Asier, who gave good advices and suggestions for restaurants. A hotel we definitely will chose again.

Pros: Can't ask for a better location. Fantastic value for money
Cons: Our room was on the small side but it had a great view
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It was in the old town, just a short walk to everything. It was very clean, pristine.
Cons: The restaurant and bar were a bit soulless
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was great.
Cons: The staff were not as friendly as we hoped
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I had a beautiful and spacious room at a very reasonable price - a great hotel.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It is a beautiful building, inside and out, with lots of interesting features; it was only as we were packing up to leave that I noticed the card in the room about the building's history - had to do a quick rush around to see all the bits I had missed! Location is perfect - we didnt go near our car while we were there.
Cons: Breakfast seemed expensive so we only had it on the last day; it was absolutely excellent, but unless you have a really good appetite and/or can discipline yourself not to eat at lunchtime it is difficult to justify 16 Euros! Being really picky, I would say a bit more information in the room about places to visit would be handy. Also the instructions about where to park while dropping off luggage were a bit confusing - but friendly staff rescued the day!
6.8 Good
Pros: Location is good. It was in the centre of the old town.
Cons: Poor room facilities. No kettle to boil water. No coffee or tea in the room. The floor of the room appears to be unswept.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fanstastic night's sleep , no noise due to triple (or more!) glazed windows. Very nice staff and courteous. Super location.
Cons: Everything was great
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful building - sadly I only found the information about its history as we were packing up to leave so didn’t have time to look for all the interesting features mentioned. We only had breakfast on the last day as it seemed pricey and there were plenty of nearby cafes, but when we did it was excellent and plentiful, also it is cheaper at weekends, so splash out then, and fill up so you won’t need lunch. Staff were very helpful.
Cons: Air con in the room was a bit cold but when outside temperature was reaching 45 degrees we could put up with that!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice central location. Good breakfast. Stayed one night and will visit again.
Cons: Underground parking was close by but a bit tricky to find.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast for extra charge. Location in old town section was perfect. Quiet narrow street.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The AC and the bed....heavenly:) Breakfast was excellent and the underground garage was great!
Cons: The only issue was that water pressure in the shower was really weak ( room 524). I didn’t complain as I was only there 1 night, also the toilet is too close to the wall making it uncomfortable.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable hotel with parking in good location. Finding parking and parking itself is an exercise, but the location is worth it.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Large choice. I was there for 4 days and could eat something different every morning.
Cons: Too warm for me in Zaragoza. Forced to sleep with air conditioning on otherwise it was to warm in the room. But nothing the hotel can do about that.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location and excellent staff. Modern and clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super hotel located right next to the Basilica and Plaza Mayor. Great view from the window overlooking the river. Hotel parking expensive but worth the money to not have to find somewhere. Parked our VW Touran easily. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location - walking distance to main cathedral and restaurant. Very helpful staff. Hotel was exactly what we wanted for a one night stop. Also dog friendly.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Good location overlooking the river, close to the cathedral and a variety of bars/restaurants nearby. Clean room plus free water and Nespresso coffee and tea facilities. Very good value for money including good breakfast.
Cons: Car parking in basement but very tricky to manoeuvre and steep. ramp making it almost impossible for low slung vehicles. Bar and restaurant closed on a Sunday and restaurant remains closed during August which is poor for a 4* hotel.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and efficient staff. Comfy bed. Wonderful breakfast!
Cons: Failure of the lift. We entered the lift on the ground floor in order to go up to our room on the fifth floor. Having pressed the number 5 the lift then failed to respond. I pressed the alarm button but the alarm did not sound. I tried a second time with the same result. I then held the alarm button in for a long press which eventually operated the alarm. We heard staff on the outside saying that they were trying to assist us but I believe the door only opened because I was helping by forcing it open from the inside. My wife was in a panic and refused to use that lift again. Why was there no telephone number posted in the lift to call in the event of an emergency?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent. stuff very helpful and friendly. superior room comes with a coffee machine and tea. Location perfect right next to the basílica
Cons: Parking garage very very narrow :-) Fridge not very cold
