A1 great location, very central to city. Friendly staff. Breakfast ok.
Room was dated but clean, bathroom dated. The room was extremely hot, the air con did not work.

The location was in walking distance of shops, restaurants & the tapas district. Just a few minutes from Plaza de España and bus and tram lines. Very quiet room and good breakfast. The breads were particularly good. The bed very comfortable. The WiFi was strong.
Although the room was big there was no sitting area except at the desk. It would have been nice to have an armchair & a little table to relax when not working or sleeping.

The location was perfect
It was not clear the breakfast was not included in the price. Then to be charged 14 euros per person per breakfast (also not clear) was a shock. In a Spanish city renowned for its tapas the price was a joke.
