Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's comfortable beds, unique atmosphere, and excellent location, making it ideal for exploring the area and relaxing. However, several reviews highlighted issues with service, particularly at the front desk and bar, as well as concerns about cleanliness and maintenance in some rooms. While many enjoyed the hotel's architecture and luxury, some felt the property needed upgrades and better hygiene. Overall, the positives centered on comfort, ambiance, and location, but service and cleanliness were areas for improvement.
