Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and convenient location, with several mentioning comfortable rooms and good facilities. However, many expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing issues such as unhelpful staff, extra charges for amenities, and inconsistent attention to guest needs. Some guests also felt the value for price was lacking, especially due to unexpected fees. Overall, while the hotel offers a clean and well-located stay, improvements in service and pricing transparency are needed.
